Claims (23)
- 안트라퀴논법에 의한 과산화수소 제조방법에 따른 안트라퀴논류의 수소화촉매에 있어서, 평균 구멍직경 80-400Å의 범위인 실리카 지지체에 팔라듐이 지지된 것을 특징으로 하는 과산화수소 제조용 수소화 촉매.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 실리카 지지체가, 평군 구멍직경 100-350Å의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 수소화촉매.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 팔라듐 지지량이 실리카 지지체에 대하여 0.1-10중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 수소화 촉매.
- 안트라퀴논법에 의한 과산화수소 제조방법에 따른 안트라퀴논류의 수소화촉매에 있어서, 90중량% 이상이 입자직경 10-100㎛의 범위이고, 평균 입자직경 30-60㎛의 범위에 있으며, 구멍용적이 0.4-1.0㎖/g의 범위에 있는 구형 실리카 입자 지지체에 팔라듐을 지지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 과산화수소 제조용 수소화촉매.
- 청구항 4에 있어서, 구형 실리카 입자가, 90중량%이상이 입자직경 20-70㎛의 범위이고, 동시에 평균 입자직경이 40-60㎛의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 수소화촉매.
- 청구항4에 있어서, 구형 실리카입자 지지체가, 구멍용적 0.5-0.8㎖/의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 수소화촉매.
- 청구항4에 있어서, 구형 실리카입자가, 90중량% 이상이 입자직경 20-70㎛의 범위이고, 평균입자직경이 40-60㎛의 범위에 있으며, 동시에 구멍용적이 0.5-0.8㎖.g의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 수소화촉매.
- 청구항4에 있어서, 팔라듐 지지량이, 실리카 지지체에 대하여 0.1-10중량%의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 수소화촉매.
- 안트라퀴논법에 의한 과산화수소 제조방법에 따른 안트라퀴논류의 수소화촉매에 있어서, 실리카 지지체에 대하여, 팔라듐과 함께 0.1-5중량%의 알칼리 금속을 지지시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 과산화수소 제조용 수소화촉매.
- 청구항9에 있어서, 팔라듐 지지량이 실리카 지지체에 대하여 0.1-10중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 수소화촉매.
- 제9항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속이 나트륨, 칼륨 또는 그들 양자인 것을 특징으로 하는 수소화촉매.
- 안트라퀴논법에 의한 과산화수소 제조방법에 따른 안트라퀴논류의 수소화촉매를 제조함에 있어서, 실리카 지지체에 팔라듐 화합물을 지지시키고; 이것을 산소함유 가스중에서 550-800℃의 범위에서 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 과산화수소 제조용 수소화 촉매의 제조방법.
- 청구항12에 있어서, 열처리 온도가 600-700℃의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 수소화촉매의 제조방법.
- 청구항12항에 있어서, 팔라듐 지지량이 실리카 지지체에 대하여 0.1-10중량%의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소화촉매의 제조방법.
- 청구항12에 있어서, 실리카 지지체가 촉매제조의 전(全)공정의 종료후, 평균 구멍직경80-400Å의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소화촉매 제조방법.
- 청구항12에 있어서, 실리카 지지체가 90중량% 이상이 입자직경 10-100㎛범위이고, 평균 입자직경이 30-60㎛의 범위에 있으며, 구멍용적이 0.4-1.0㎖/g의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소화촉매의 제조방법.
- 안트라퀴논법에 의한 과산화수소 제조방법에 따른 안트라퀴논류의 수소화촉매를 제조함에 있어서, 실리키 지지체에 팔라듐 화합물을 지지시키고, 이것을 산소함유 가스중에서 550-800℃범위의 온도에서 열처리하고, 이어서 실리카 지지체에 대하여 0.1-5중량%의 알칼리 금속을 지지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 과산화수소 제조용 수소화 촉매의 제조방법.
- 청구항17에 있어서, 열처리 온도가 600-700℃의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 수소화촉매의 제조방법.
- 청구항 17에 있어서, 팔라듐 지지량이 실리카 지지체에 대하여 0.1-10중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 수소화촉매의 제조방법.
- 청구항 17에 있어서, 알칼리 금속이 나트륨, 칼륨 또는 그들 양자인 것을 특징으로 하는 수소화 촉매의 제조방법.
- 안트라퀴논법에 의해 과산화수소를 제조함에 있어서, 청구항1기재의 수소화촉매를 사용하여 안트라퀴논류를 수소화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 과산화수소의 제조방법.
- 안트라퀴논법에 의해 과산화수소를 제조함에 있어서, 청구항4기재의 수소화촉매를 사용하여 안트라퀴논류를 수소화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 과산화수소의 제조방법.
