Claims (6)
- 수신안테나와, 상기 수신안테나에 의하여 수신된 신호가 인가되어 상기 신호에 포함되는 특정패턴을 축출하는 표면탄성과 디바이스와, 상기 표면탄성파 디바이스의 출력전력을 축적하는 축적회로와, 상기 축적회로의 출력전압이 일정치를 넘었을 때 온으로 되는 스위치회로를 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선스위치장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표면탄성과 디바이스는 SAW정합필터인 것을 특징으로 하는 무선스위치장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 SAW정합필터는 A1203기판과, 이 A1203기판상에 형성된 AIN막과 상기 AIN막상에 형성된 A1태핑패턴으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선스위치장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 축적회로는 LC탱크회로와, 상기 LC탱크회로의 출력을 정류하는 정류수단과, 상기 정류수단의 출력을 모으는 콘덴서를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선스위치장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스위치회로는 상기 축적회로의 출력전압이 일정치를 넘었을 때 온으로 되는 반도체스위치와 이 반도체스위치에 의하여 구동되는 스위치수단으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선스위치장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스위치회로는 상기 축적회로의 출력전압이 일정치를 넘었을 때 발광하는 발광소자와, 이 발광소자로부터의 빛을 받아 온으로 되는 반도체스위치와, 상기 반도체스위치에 의하여 구동되는 스위치수단으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선스위치장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
