Abstract

본 발명은 고점성의 식물유, 액화가스등의 대체연료를 냉각수를 이용해서 가열할 수 있는 산업용 디이젤 엔진의 대체연료 가온장치를 제공한다. 본 발명의 대체연료 가온장치는, 워터재킷 및 연소실을 갖는 실린더 블럭과, 워터재킷의 상부에 설치되어 냉각수의 열을 발산시키는 라디에이터와, 이 라디에이터에 대하여 병렬로 실린더 블럭의 상부에 설치되는 연료탱크와, 이 연료탱크로부터 공급되는 연료를 여과하는 연료필터와, 여과된 연료를 펌핑하는 연료펌프와, 이 연료펌프로부터 공급되는 연료를 연소실 내로 분사하는 인젝터로 구성된 산업용 디이젤 엔진에 사용되며, 연료가 냉각수와 열교환을 하여 가온될 수 있도록 상기 워터재킷 내에서 연료의 흐름을 안내하는 히팅 파이프와, 상기 워터재킷을 관통해서 형성되며, 상기 연료탱크로부터의 미가온 연료를 상기 히팅 파이프로 도입하는 입구포트와, 상기 워터재킷을 관통해서 형성되며, 상기 히팅 파이프로부터의 가온연료를 상기 연료필터로 공급하는 출구포트를 구비한다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 대체연료 가온장치를 적용한 경운기 엔진을 개략적으로 나타내는 일부절개 측면도이다.
제2도는 제1도의 대체연료 가온장치에 대한 종단면도로서, 실린더 블럭, 히팅 파이프 및 라디에이터의 위치관계를 보여주는 도면이다. 제3도는 워터재킷내에 히팅파이프가 설치되어 있는 경운기 엔진의 실린더 블럭을 도시하는 평면도이다. 제4도는 본 발명의 대체연료 가온장치에 있어서 연료의 흐름계통을 개략적으로 나타내는 블럭선도이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 워터재킷 및 연소실을 갖는 실린더 블럭과, 워터재킷의 상부에 설치되어 냉각수의 열을 발산시키는 라디에이터와, 이 라디에이터에 대하여 병렬로 실린더 상부에 설치되는 연료탱크와, 이 연료탱크로부터 공급되는 연료를 여과하는 연료필터와, 여과된 연료를 펌핑하는 연료펌프와, 이 연료펌프로부터 공급되는 연료를 연소실 내로 분사하는 인젝터로 구성된 산업용 디이젤 엔진에 있어서, 연료가 냉각수와 열교환을 하여 가온될 수 있도록 상기 워터재킷 내에서 연료의 흐름을 안내하는 히팅 파이프와, 상기 워터재킷을 관통해서 형성되며, 상기 연료탱크로부터의 미가온 연료를 상기 히팅 파이프로 도입하는 입구포트와, 상기 워터재킷을 관통해서 형성되며, 상기 히팅 파이프로부터의 가온연료를 상기 연료필터로 공급하는 출구포트를 구비하는 산업용 디이젤 엔진의 대체 연료가온장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 히팅파이프, 입구포트 및 출구포트가 상기 연료탱크의 바닥보다 낮게 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 디이젤 엔진의 대체연료 가온장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 히팅파이프가 동으로 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 산업용 디이젤 엔진의 대체연료 가온장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 냉각수의 온도 및 연료의 가온온도를 제어하기 위한 수단을 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 디이젤 엔진의 대체연료 가온장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 온도제어수단이, 상기 라디에이터를 통과하는 풍량을 조절할 수 있도록 라디에이터의 외기도입구에 설치된 셔터장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 디이젤 엔진의 대체연료 가온장치.
