Claims (4)
- 실린더헤드의 워터재킷의 입구측에는 워터펌프를, 출구측에는 서머스탯이 장착된 수온조절장치를 장설하며, 상기 수온조절장치에는 스로틀바디와 히터코아로 냉각수를 공급하는 제1냉각수 공급라인과 라디에이터와 연결되는 제2냉각수 공급라인을 설치하고, 상기 워터펌프의 제1냉각수 회수라인과 제2냉각수 회수라인은 스로틀바디와 히터코아에 연결되고, 제3냉각수 회수라인은 라디에이터에 연결되며, 상기 실린더헤드의 흡기 매니폴드 반대측에 장착된 배기 매니폴드의 배기라인에 촉매장치와 소음기를 장설하는 수냉식 엔진의 냉각장치에 있어서, 상기 수온조절장치에 유입되는 냉각수의 수온을 감지하여 ECU(Electronic Control Unit)에 신호를 보내는 수온감지 센서와; 상기 제1냉각수 공급라인상에 연결되어 스로틀바디와 히터코아로 냉각수를 공급하는 제1배출라인과 제2배출라인이 설치되는 제1하우징과; 상기 배기라인에 장착되어 배기가스의 흐름을 절환하는 절환밸브가 장설된 배기가스 흐름조절장치와; 상기 배기가스 흐름조절장치에 연결된 바이패스라인에 장설되어 ECU에 의하여 개폐작동이 제어되는 솔레노이드 밸브와; 상기 바이패스라인이 연결되는 유입구와 배기라인으로 배기가스를 배출시키는 배출라인이 연결되는 배출구가 형성되며, 상기 제1하우징과의 사이에 배기통로가 형성되게 제1하우징을 감사고 있는 제2하우징과; 및 상기 제1하우징을 통과하는 냉각수를 제2하우징을 통과하는 배기가스로 가열하게 하는 가열장치와;로 구성되어 냉간시동시 냉각수를 배기가스의 열원으로 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수냉식 엔진의 냉각장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배기라인과 바이패스라인에 장설된 배기가스 흐름조절장치의 절환밸브와 솔레노이드밸브는 수온감지센서에 의하여 ECU가 제어할 수 있도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 수냉식 엔진의 냉각장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가열장치의 제1하우징을 통과하는 냉각수는 바이패스라인을 통해 제2하우징으로 유입되어 배기통로를 거쳐 배출되는 배기가스의 열원에 의하여 가열되어 스로틀바디와 히터코아를 예열하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 수냉식 엔진의 냉각장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가열장치의 제1하우징은 나선형으로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 수냉식 엔진의 냉각장치.
