Abstract
본 발명은 개질된 가솔린에서 순수한 방향족 화합물을 생성하기 위한 방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 개질된 가솔린은 수소화 조건이 주로 비방향족 화합물, 구체적으로 올레핀, 디올레핀 및 트리올레핀이 수소화되는 방식으로 조정된 제1처리 단계에서 선택적으로 수소화된다. 후속적으로, 상기 제1처리 단계에서 생성된 수소화되고, 방향족 화합물을 함유하는 생성물은 제2처리 단계에서 방향족 화합물과 비방향족 화합물로 분리되며, 상기 분리되는 추출 증류 및/또는 액체-액체 추출법을 이용하여 수행한다.

Claims (12)
- -수소화 조건이 주로 비방향족 화합물, 구체적으로 올레핀, 디올레핀 및 트리올레핀이 수소화되는 방식으로 조정된 수소화 조건 하에서 개질된 가솔린을 선택적으로 수소화시키는 제1처리 단계; -상기 제1처리 단계에서 생성된 수소화되고, 방향족 화합물을 함유하는 생성물을 추출 증류 및/또는 액체-액체 추출에 의해 방향족 화합물과 비방향족 화합물로 분리시키는 제2처리 단계로 이루어지는, 개질된 가솔린으로부터 순수한 방향족 화합물을 생성하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 개질된 가솔린으로 주로 벤젠을 방향족 부분으로 함유하는 개질된 유분을 이용하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 개질된 가솔린으로 선택된 탄소 지수 CX를 갖는 방향족 화합물을 보유하는 개질된 유분 또는 몇몇 선택된 탄소 지수 CX, CY…를 갖는 방향족 화합물을 보유하는 개질된 유분을 이용하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1처리 단계에서 수소화 촉매로서 담체 물질 상의 니켈 또는 팔라듐을 이용하여 수소화를 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 수소화 조건이 공역된 디올레핀 및 트리올레핀을 완전히 수소화시키는 방식으로 정해진 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 추출 증류 및/또는 액체-액체 추출이 N-포르밀 모르폴린, N-메틸 피롤리돈, 설폴란, 에틸렌 글리콜 또는 에틸렌 글리콜의 유도체로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 선택성 용매를 이용하여 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 선택성 용매로 치환분 내에 1 내지 8개의 탄소 원자를 보유하는 N-치환된 모르폴린을 이용하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 선택성 용매로 2 내지 5개의 탄소 원자를 보유하는 알칸디올 및/또는 그의 모노 및/또는 디알킬 에테르를 이용하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 추출 증류 및/또는 액체-액체 추출후에 순수한 방향족 화합물을 증류에 의해 선택성 용매로부터 분리하는 방법.
- -개질된 가솔린을 공급하기 위한 제1공급 파이프(3) 및 수소를 공급하기 위한 제2공급 파이프(4)가 구비되어 있는 수소화 반응기(1); 및 -선택적 수소화 단계에서 생성된, 액체이고, 선택적으로 수소화되었으며, 방향족 화합물을 함유하고 있는 생성물을 위한 연결 파이프(5)에 의해 상기 수소화 반응기(1)에 연결되어 있으며, 선택성 용매를 위한 공급장치(6) 및 선택성 용매의 추출물과 방향족 화합물을 위한 제1배출 파이프(7) 및 라피네이트와 비 방향족 화합물을 위한 제2배출 파이프(8)가 구비되어 있는 추출 유니트(2)를 포함하는, 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법을 수행하기 위한 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 추출 유니트(2)가 추출 증류 칼럼인 장치.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 상기 선택성 용매와 순수한 방향족 화합물의 증류를 위한 증류 유니트(9)가 추출물을 위한 제1배출 파이프(7)에 연결되어 있는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
