Claims (4)
- 슬래그 골재에 일정온도범위로 가온시키는 제1공정과; 제1공정을 거친 제강슬래그 골재에 점결제를 혼합시키는 제2공정과; 제2공정을 거친 제강슬래그 골재와 점결제의 혼합물에 화학적으로 색상의 특성을 지닌 안료를 혼합하는 제3공정으로 제조되는 칼라슬래그.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1공정의 일정온도는 40℃~50℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라슬래그.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2공정의 점결제는 외관형상 투명액상 점조액으로 점조가 1100±300pcs이며, 고형분 98±1%인 주제와 경화제역활을하며, 난황색 점조액으로 점도가 260±30cps이며, 고형분 98±2%인 조제를 5:1로 비율로 혼합하여 이루어진 아크릴계 에폭시를 특징으로 하는 칼라슬래그.
- 칼라슬래그와 이의 10%에 해당되는 아크릴계수지에폭시를 20~40℃의 온도범위에서 100~200rpm의 회전수를 갖는 혼합기로 일정시간 혼합시키는 과정과; 상기 과정을 거친후에 도로나 바닥표면에 모자이크식(문양)포장하는 과정과; 상기 과정후 1시간내에 아크릴계 에폭시에 신너를 섞은 다음, 조성부위상에 골고루 분무하여 경화하는 과정으로 이루어진 칼라슬래그를 이용한 시공방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
