Abstract

본 발명은 잉크제팅수단을 이용한 기기에 있어서, 캡의 주입구멍의 형상을 개량하여 잉크의 오버플로우시 쉽게 식별할 수 있게 하는 동시에 오버플로우된 잉크가 자중에 의해 주입구멍을 통해 잉크저장통으로 자동 주입되도록 한 잉크제트 프린터의 카트리지구조에 관한 것으로, 잉크제팅을 통해서 메디아상에 인자나 그림과 같은 어떠한 형상을 프린팅하기 위하여 잉크를 저장하는 잉크저장통(10)과, 잉크저장통(10)의 하부에 설치되어 잉크를 분사시키는 분사수단(20)과, 잉크의 드롭크기를 조절하도록 개구부가 설치된 플레이트(30)와, 각 분사수단(20)에 전기적연결수단(41)을 연결하여 컴퓨터로부터 프린터의 비데어보드로 보내진 데이타에 따라서 잉크분사를 위한 필요에너지를 공급하도록 하는 헤드드라이버(40)와, 잉크를 보지하고 전달 및 저장하도록 잉크저장통(10)의 내부에 내장되는 잉크유지탄성체(50)와, 잉크저장통(10)의 상부에 설치되어 잉크저장통(10)을 캡핑하도록 주위표면보다 어느 일정거리만큼 하향위치에 주입구멍(61)을 형성하여 잉크의 오버플로우시 쉽게 식별할 수 있게 하는 동시에 오버플로우된 잉크가 자중에 의해 잉크저장통(10)내로 자동 주입되도록 하는 캡(60)과, 캡(60)의 주입구멍(61)을 통해 주입관(71)을 잉크유지탄성체(50)로 삽입하여 잉크를 주입하는 잉크 주입기(70)로 잉크제트 프린터의 카트리지구조를 구성한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 잉크제팅을 통해서 메디아상에 인자나 그림과 같은 어떠한 형상을 프린팅하기 위하여 잉크를 저장하는 잉크저장통과, 잉크저장통의 하부에 설치되어 잉크를 분사시키는 분사수단과, 잉크의 드롭크기를 조절하도록 개구부가 설치된 플레이트와, 각 분사수단에 전기적연결수단을 연결하여 컴퓨터로부터 프린터의 비데어보드로 보내진 데이타에 따라서 잉크분사를 위한 필요에너지를 공급하도록 하는 헤드드라버와, 잉크를 보지하고 전달 및 저장하도록 잉크저장통의 내부에 내장되는 잉크유지탄성체와, 잉크저장통의 상부에 설치되어 잉크저장통을 캡핑하도록 주위표면보다 어느 일정거리만큼 하향위치에 주입구멍을 형성하여 잉크의 오버플로우시 쉽게 식별할 수 있게 하는 동시에 오버플로우된 잉크가 자중에 의해 잉크저장통내로 자동 주입되도록 하는 캡과, 캡의 주입구멍을 통해 주입관을 잉크유지탄성체로 삽입되어 잉크를 주입하는 잉크주입기로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트 프린터의 카트리지구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주입구멍은 오버플로우되는 잉크를 일시적으로 저장할 수 있도록 캡의 상부의 내측 하방에 위치되게 잉크주입기 안내용 가이드를 설치한 뒤 그 가이드의 저면에 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트 프린터의 카트리지구조.
