Abstract
본 발명은 하기 : －하나이상의 폴리아미드 (A) －폴리아미드 블럭 및 폴리에테르 블럭으로 이루어진 하나이상의 중합체 (B) －하나이상의 폴리올레핀 (C) －하나이상의 폴리올레핀 (D) 및 ISO 178－93에 따른 굴곡 모듈러스가 폴리아미드 (A)의 굴곡 모듈러스의 0.05 내지 0.3배인 것으로 이루어진 조성물에 관한 것이다.
상세하게는, 170 내지 350 MPa 사이의 굴곡 모듈러스를 갖는 폴리아미드를 수득할 수 있다.

Claims (13)
- －하나이상의 폴리아미드 (A) －폴리아미드 블럭 및 폴리에테르 블럭으로 이루어진 하나이상의 중합체 (B) －하나이상의 폴리올레핀 (C) －하나이상의 폴리올레핀 (D)으로 이루어져 있으며, 온도의 기능(DMA)으로서 인장 동적 모듈러스에서 중합체 (A), (C) 및 기재하고 (B)는 함유하지 않는 동일한 크기의 실온에서 굴곡 모듈러스를 갖는 조성물보다 감소가 작을 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, ISO 178-93에 따른 조성물의 굴곡 모듈러스가 (A)의 굴곡 모듈러스의 0.05 내지 0.3배인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, (A)가 PA－6 또는 PA－6.6인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, (B)가 PA－6 및 PTMG 블럭으로 이루어진 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, (C)가 LLDPE, VLDPE, 폴리프로필렌, 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트 공중합체 또는 에틸렌/알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, (D)는 에틸렌/알킬 (메티)아크릴레이트/말레산 무수물 공중합체, 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트/말레산 무수물 공중합체 또는 에틸렌－프로필렌 공중합체로부터 선택되고, 대부분 프로필렌, 말레산 무수물과 그래프트되고 모노아미노화된 폴리아미드－6 또는 모노아미네이트 카르로락탐 올리고머로써 축합되는 것으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 50%≤A+B≤80%, 20%≤C+D≤50%, 총 100 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 0.06≤A/B≤15인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 0.1≤D/C≤0.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 55%≤A+B≤65%, 35%≤C+D≤45%, 총 100%, 0.05≤A/B≤5, 0.2≤D/C≤0.3, (A)는 PA－6 또는 PA－6.6, (B)는 PA－6 블럭 및 PTMG 블럭을 함유한 공중합체, (C)는 VLDPE, (D)는 에틸렌/알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트/말레산 무수물 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 필름, 파이프, 팔넬 또는 다양한 형태의 성분과 같이 제1항 내지 10항중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물로부터 제조된, 성형, 압출 또는 블로우된 물질.
- 제2항에 있어서, ISO 178-93에 따른 조성물의 굴곡 모듈러스가 150 내지 750 MPa인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 0.05≤A/B≤12인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
