Abstract

이 발명은 다양한 무늬가 정교하게 상감기법에 의하여 형성된 무늬목을 제조하기 위한 것임. 무늬목은 두꺼운 목재 기판에 무늬형태의 요홈을 형성하여 요홈내에 무늬블럭을 삽입하고 접착 고정시켜 무늬 목판을 형성한 후 무늬 목판을 시이트상으로 슬라이싱하여 제조함. 본 발명에 따르면 정교한 목재 상감 무늬가 간단한 방법으로 얻어짐

Claims (2)

1cm 내지 5cm 두께의 목판으로 무늬 블럭(1,4,5)을 형성하고 요구하는 무늬가 형성되게 무늬 블럭(1,4,5)의 측면을 접착 연결하여 무늬 목판(11)을 형성한 다음 무늬 목판(11)의 상면을 0.5 내지 3mm의 두께로 슬라이싱하여 시이트상 무늬목을 제조하는 목재 상감 무늬목 제조방법
청구범위 1항에서, 무늬 블럭들중의 최소한 하나의 무늬블럭은 최소한 일측면에 무늬 요홈(2),(3)을 갖는 긴 장방향의 무늬기판(1)으로 구성되고 무늬 목판을 전술한 무늬기판(1)의/ 요홈(2),(3)내에 무늬 블럭(4),(5)을 결합접착시켜서 구성함을 특징으로 하는 방법
