Claims (9)
- 포도 및/또는 머루 10-99.5중량%와 인삼 0.5-90중량%를 혼합하고 이 혼합물에 대하여 1-10배 중량의 물을 첨가햐여 45-130℃에서 1-70시간 열처리한 다음 실온으로 냉각하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인삼 가공방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 냉각단계 후 여과하여 여과약을 분리한 다음 인삼음료의 형태로 제조하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인산 가공방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 냉각단계 후 여과하여 건조시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인산 가공방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 건조단계 후 분말, 정제, 황, 과림, 캡슐, 연질캡슐 중의 어느 한 형태로 제형화하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인산 가공방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인삼이 수삼, 백삼 및 홍삼 중의 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 인산 가공방법.
- 제1항의 인삼 가공방법에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공 인삼.
- 제6항에 있어서, 액체, 분말, 과립, 정제, 젤, 졸, 캡슐, 환의 형태로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공 인삼.
- 제7항에 있어서, 인삼차의 형태로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공 인삼.
- 제7항에 있어서, 인삼음료의 형태로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공 인삼.
