Abstract

본 발명은 극세섬유속과 폴리우레탄 탄성체로 구성된 인공피혁에 있어서, 섬유속이 극세사용 2성분 복합 스테이플 파이버와 전체 섬유중량에 대하여 20 내지 80중량%인 합성섬유 스테이플 화이버로 구성되며 있으며, 100%신장시 모듈러스가 120~130kg/cm2인 폴리우레탄 탄성체로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 골프화 갑피용 인공피혁을 제공하는 것으로, 본 발명의 인공피혁은 유연하면서도 우수한 형태안정성, 충실감 및 주름특성을 구비하여 제화후 보관 또는 착용중에 변형이 없고 착용감이 뛰어난 이점을 갖는다.

Claims (2)

  1. 극세섬유속과 폴리우레탄 탄성체로 구성된 인공피혁에 있어서, 섬유속이 극세사용 2성분 복합 스테이플 파이버와 전체 섬유중량에 대하여 20내지 80중량%인 합성섬유 스테이플 화이버로 구성되며 있으며, 100%신장시 모듈러스가 120~130kg/㎠인 폴리우레탄 탄성체로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 골프화 갑피용 인공피혁.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합성섬유 스테이플의 길이가 45~60mm이고, 섬도가 1.5데니어 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 골프화 갑피용 인공피혁.
