Abstract

본 발명은 보조공구를 사용하지 않고 볼트 또는 너트를 체결할 수 있는 볼트 및 너트 체결기구에 관한 것으로서, 소정 길이를 갖는 플레이트 단부에 절곡부가 형성되며, 플레이트의 단부에 형성된 관통홈과 절곡부에 형성된 삽입홈이 서로 연통되며, 관통홈의 단면적이 상기 삽입홈의 단면적 보다 크게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
따라서, 본 발명의 체결기구를 사용함으로써, 볼트 또는 너트 체결시, 별도의 보조공구에 의해 너트를 지지하지 않고도 체결작업을 완료할 수 있기 때문에, 비좁은 작업공간에서도 볼트 및 너트 체결작업이 가능하며, 또한 별도의 보조공구가 필요없기 때문에 그 만큼 작업시간을 단축시킬 수 있을 것이다. 뿐만 아니라, 너트가 삽입 안착되는 너트 관통홈의 내면이 너트의 외주면과 거의 밀착되어지기 때문에, 너트의 체결력을 더욱 향상시킬 수 있을 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 볼트 또는 너트 체결에 있어서, 소정 길이를 갖는 플레이트(10)의 단부에 절곡부(20)가 형성되며, 상기 플레이트(10)의 단부에 형성된 관통홈(30)과 절곡부(20)에 형성된 삽입홈(40)이 서로 연통되며, 상기 관통홈(30)의 단면적이 상기 삽입홈(40)의 단면적 보다 크게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼트 및 너트 체결기구.
