Abstract

본 발명은 고정부재의 단일개체 상호의 얽힘을 방지함과 동시에 하우징으로의 볼트의 고정을 용이하게 하는 고정부재를 사용한 볼트 체결형 컨넥터를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
볼트 체결형 컨넥터의 하우징(2)은 볼트(20)을 수용하는 제1하우징(10)과 고정부재(70)가 매설되어 있는 제2하우징(40)으로 이루어 진다. 고정부재(70)는 볼트(20)의 계단부(36)와 계합하는 볼트지지공(90)이 있는 기부(72)와 기부(72)의 한쪽에서 만곡해서 뻗는 탄성암(74)을 갖고 있다. 탄성암(74)의 선단은 기부(72)의 다른쪽 절결부(84)안으로 진입하고 있으므로 고정부재(70) 단일개체의 얽힘이 방지된다. 제1하우징(10)은 그 저면(16)이 탄성암(74)를 휘게한 후에 기부(72)에 따라 이동되면 탄성암(74)의 측면과 계합하여 제2하우징(40)으로부터 빠지는 것이 방지된다.

제1도는 본 발명의 볼트 체결형 컨넥터를 구성하는 볼트지지 하우징 및 본체 하우징의 단면도, 제2도는 제1도의 본체 하우징의 평면도, 제3A, 3B 및 3C도는 제1도의 볼트 체결형 컨넥터에 사용된 고정부재를 도시하는 평면도, 정면도 및 우측면도.

Claims (4)

  1. 볼트의 두부측을 수용하는 제1하우징 및 상기 볼트의 선단측을 삽통하는 구멍이 있는 제2하우징으로 이루어지는 컨넥터 하우징과, 상기 볼트와 계합하여 상기 제2하우징으로부터 상기 제1하우징의 탈락을 방지하며, 상기 제2하우징에 고정되 있는 거의 평판형의 기부 및 그 기부의 일단으로부터 만곡해서 타단으로 뻗어 상기 제1하우징의 이동을 저지하는 탄성암이 있는 고정부재를 갖추고, 상기 볼트에 의해 상기 컨넥터 하우징을 상대방 컨넥터 하우징에 체결하여 감합하는 볼트 체결형 컨넥터에 있어서, 상기 탄성암은 그 선단근방에서 상기 기부를 향해 만곡하여 상기 선단이 상기 기부에 형성된 절결부 또는 구멍안으로 진입하여 상기 탄성압 및 상기 기부에 의해 둘러싸인 공간을 실질적으로 폐쇄하는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼트 체결형 컨넥터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성암은 일정한 폭을 가지며, 상기 기부의 상기 절결부 또는 구멍의 폭은 상기 탄성암의 폭보다 약간 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 볼트 체결형 컨넥터.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성암의 대각선방향의 거의 중앙에 상기 기부를 향해 뻗는 제1돌편과, 상기 기부의 상기 제1돌편에 근접한 위치에 상기 탄성암을 향해 뻗는 제2돌편을 각각 절기(切起)해서 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 볼트 체결형 컨넥터.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1돌편의 선단을 상기 제2돌편의 선단과 오바랩 시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 볼트 체결형 컨넥터.
