Claims (7)
- 소정의 굴절률을 지닌 코어영역과, 상기 코어영역보다도 낮은 굴절률을 지닌 동시에 상기 코어영역을 덮는 클래드영역으로 구성된 도파로구조를 지닌 광필터에 있어서, 상기 코어영역내의 소정부분에 배치되어, 소정파장의 광을 반사하는 격자와; 상기 격자에 의한 반사되는 광중, 적어도 상기 격자로부터 상기 클래드 영역으로 방사된 광성분이 도달하는 영역에 배치되어, 상기 격자로부터 상기 클래드영역으로 방사된 광성분을 흡수하는 광흡수구조를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 도파로구조를 지닌 광필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광흡수구조는 적오도 상기 클래드영역의 일부를 구성하는 유리영역을 포함하고, 상기 유리영역에는 상기 격자로부터 상기 클래드영역으로 방사된 광성분을 흡수하는 광흡수재가 도핑되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 도파로구조를 지닌 광필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광흡수구조는 상기 격자로부터 상기 클래드영역으로 방사된 광성분을 흡수하는 광흡수층을 포함하고, 상기 광흡수층은, 적어도 상기 클래드영역의 일부의 외부면에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 도파로구조를 지닌 광필터.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 광흡수재가 도핑된 유리영역은, 상기 클래드영역의 외부영역이고, 상기 외부영역은 상기 광필터에 있어서의 모드필드직경에 의해 형성되는 광전파영역의 외측에, 상기 코어영역으로부터 소정의 거리만큼 떨어져서 위치결정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 도파로구조를 지닌 광필터.
- 소정의 굴절률을 지닌 코어영역과; 상기 코어영역보다도 낮은 굴절률을 지닌 동시에 상기 코어영역을 덮는 클래드영역과; 상기 코영역내의 소정부분에 배치되어, 소정파장의 광을 반사하는 격자와; 상기 격자에 의해 반사되는 광중, 상기 격자로부터 상기 클래드영역으로 방사된 광성분을 흡수하는 광흡수영역을 구비하고, 상기 광흡수영역은 적어도 상기 클래드영역의 일부를 구성하는 유리영역을 포함함과 동시에, 상기 격자로부터 상기 클래드영역으로 방사된 광성분을 흡수하는 광흡수재로 도핑되어 있으며, 상기 유리영역은 상기 격자로부터 상기 클래드영역으로 방사된 광성분이 도달하는 영역에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광필터.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 광흡수재가 도핑된 유리영역은, 상기 클래드영역의 외부영역이고, 상기 외부영역은 상기 광필터에 있어서의 모드필드직경에 의해 형성되는 광전파영역에 외측에, 상기 코어영역으로부터 소정거리만큼 떨어져서 위치결정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광필터.
- 소정의 굴절률을 지닌 코어영역과; 상기 코어영역보다도 낮은 굴절률을 지닌 동시에 상기 코어영역을 덮는 클래드영역과; 상기 코어영역내의 소정부분에 배치되어 소정파장의 광을 반사하는 격자와; 상기 격자에 의해 반사되는 광중, 상기 격자로부터 상기 클래드영역으로 방사된 광성분을 흡수하는 광흡수층을 구비하고, 상기 광흡수층은 적어도 상기 클래드영역의 일부의 외부면에 배치되어 있으며, 상기 클래드영역의 일부는 상기 격자로부터 방사된 광성분이 도달하는 영역에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
