Description
Claims (27)
- 다층식 유체 도관으로서, 완전히 폐쇄된 관형 외측면을 갖는 긴 중공형 철재 금속관관, 상기 관의 단부에서부터 단부로 금속 관의 폐쇄된 관형 외측면을 완전히 덮고 있는 균일한 두께의 CPVC층 및, 상기 CPVC층을 금속 관의 관형 외측면에 접착시키고, 상기 긴 금속 관의 완전히 폐쇄된 관형 외측면을 따라 상기 금속 관과 상기 CPVC층 상이에 도포되는 열작용식 접착층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층식 유체 도관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관은 관형 내측면을 가지며, 상기 철재 금속관의 내외측 관형면은 관의 단부로부터 단부까지 균일하게 부드러운 것을 특징으로 하는 다층식 유체 도관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 철재 금속관의 재료는 강인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층식 유체 도관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 철재 금속관은 나사를 지지하기에 불충분한 벽 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층식 유체 도관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 철재 금속관은 약 0.20㎝(약 0.08inch)보다 작은 벽 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층식 유체 도관.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 철재 금속관은 약 0.15㎝(약 0.06inch)보다 작은 벽 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층식 유체 도관.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 철재 금속관은 약0.10㎝(약 0.04inch)보다 작은 벽 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층식 유체 도관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 철재 금속관은 약 8㎝(3inch)까지의 정상관에 있어서 약 0.20㎝(약 0.08inch)보다 작은 벽 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층식 유체 도관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도관의 열가소성 층은 0.20㎝(약 0.08inch)보다 작은 벽 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층식 유체 도관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도관의 열가소성 층은 0.15㎝(약0.04inch)보다 작은 벽
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도관의 열가소성 층은 0.05 내지 0.191㎝(0.02 내지0.075inch)사이의 벽 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층식 유체 도관.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 철재 금속관은 0.20㎝(약 0.08inch)보다 작은 벽 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층식 유체 도관.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 철재 금속관은 0.15㎝(약 0.06inch)보다 작은 벽 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층식 유체 도관.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 철재 금속관은 0.10㎝(약0.04inch)보다 작은 벽 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층식 유체 도관.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 철재 금속관은 약 0.089 내지 0.165㎝(0.035 내지 0.065inch)사이의 벽 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층식 유체 도관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접착제 층은 149℃(300℉) 이상의 온도에서만 작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층식 유체 도관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도관의 단부에 있는 관의 관형 내외측 면은 맞물릴 끼움쇠와 상기 관 단부들과의 체결 여유를 갖을 수 있는 표면 편차를 필요로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층식 유체 도관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접착층은 상기 철재 금속관의 관형 표면을 완전히 에워싸고 상기 관과 CPVC층 사이에 파손되지 않는 환형 방수 밀봉을 형성하도록 관의 단부로부터 관을 따라 충분히 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층식 유체 도관.
- 다층식 유체 도관 시스템으로서, 제1항의 다층식 유체 도관에, 상기 도관에 대향하는 노출된 CPVC 최내측 관형면을 포함하고, 하나 이상의 단부가 상기 도관의 하나의 관형 개방 단부를 중복되게 수용되고, 상기 도관상에 장착되는 관형 끼움쇠과, 상기 도관과 상기 끼움쇠 사이에 밀봉 조인트를 직접 형성하도록 상기 끼움쇠의 CPVC 최내측 관형면과 상기 도관의 CPVC 재료층과 직접 접촉하는, 주위온도에서 작용하는 접착제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층식 유체 도관 시스템.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 도관의 하나의 개방 단부와 끼움쇠의 하나의 단부는 도관과 끼움쇠를 결합하는데 체결여유를 제공하는 구조물을 각각 필요로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층식 유체 도관 시스템.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 끼움쇠는 끼움쇠를 적어도 일부분 덮고 있는 금속층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층식 유체 도관 시스템.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 끼움쇠는 팽창성 재료의 외층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층식 유체 도관 시스템.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 끼움쇠와 유체 결합된 자동 소방 스프링클러를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층식 유체 도관 시스템.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 끼움쇠와 유체 결합된 소방 노즐을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층식 유체 도관 시스템.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 금속 관의 벽 두께와 상기 도관의 열가소성 층의 벽 두께는 각각 0.20㎝(0.08inch)보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 다층식 유체 도관 시스템.
- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 금속 관과 상기 도관의 열가소성 층이 조합된 벽의 두께는 약 0.25㎝(0.10inch)이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층식 유체 도관 시스템.
- 다층식 유체 도관의 제조방법으로서, 긴 철재 금속관의 완전히 폐쇄된 관형 외측면의 전체 주위를 따라 열에 의해 활성화되는 접착제를 도포하는 단계와, 상기 층을 가열하여 활성화시키는 단계 및, 상기 CPVC가 활성 접착층에 의해 관형 외측면에 접착되도록, 단부에서 단부까지 금속 관의 폐쇄된 관형 외측면의 적어도 일부분을 완전히 덮고 있는 긴 철재금속관의 관형 외측면의 전체 주위를 따라 CPVC의 관형 층을 압출하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층식 유체 도관의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
