Abstract

상반부에 나사(42)를 형성한 힌지축(4)의 상단을 문틀 힌지판(2)의 축공에 억지로 올려 박아 고정하고, 상기 나사(42)에는 외주면에 뿔(61)이 형성된 슬라이더(6)를 나사 끼움하며, 내주면 상부에 종형 안내홈(51)을 형성하고 하단부에는 암나사(52)를 형성한 실린더(5)를 문 힌지판(3)의 축공 밑언저리에 부착하여 상기 힌지축(4)을 문 힌지판(3)의 위를 통하여 슬라이더의 뿔이 안내홈의 유도를 받도록 내리 끼운 다음 실린더(5)내로 진입한 힌지축(4)의 슬라이더(6) 밑 부위에 코일스프링(7)을 끼우고, 상기 실린더(5)의 암나사(52)에 조절링(8)을 틀어박아 코일스프링의 밑빠짐을 방지한 여닫이문용 힌지이다.The upper end of the hinge shaft (4) having the screw (42) formed in the upper half is forcibly driven and fixed in the shaft hole of the door frame hinge plate (2), and the screw (42) has a horn (61) formed on the outer circumferential surface thereof.
