Claims (5)
- 충전하고자 하는 배터리에 적절한 충전 전류와 충전 전압을 공급하는 충전회로부(10)와; 배터리를 충전하기 위하여 상기 충전 회로부에서 출력되는 충전 전류와 충전 전압을 제어하는 감지 제어부와; 충전하고자 하는 배터리와 연결되는 배터리 접속부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 겸용 배터리 충전기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 충전 회로부(10)는, 외부 전원 공급 장치로 부터 직류 입력원을 공급받아 배터리를 충전하기 위한 정전류의 충전 전류를 배터리로 공급하는 정전류 회로부(11)와; 외부 전원 공급 장치로 부터 직류 입력원을 공급받아 배터리를 충전하기 위한 정전압의 충전 전압을 배터리에 공급하는 정전압 회로부(12)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 겸용 배터리 충전기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 감지 제어부(20)는, 외부 전원 공급 장치로 부터 직류 입력원을 공급받아 감지 제어부(20)에 동작 전압을 공급하는 레귤레이터(21)와; 정전압 회로부(12)에서 배터리를 정전압 충전하는 경우에 배터리로 흐르는 전류를 감지하는 충전 전류 감지부(22)와; 외부의 충전 가능 조건등을 입력받아 해당하는 제어 신호를 충전 회로부로(10) 출력하여 충전 회로부(10)를 제어하는 마이컴(23)와; 상기 마이컴(23)에서 출력되는 제어 신호를 입력받아 정전류 회로부(11)를 제어하는 충전 전류 제어부(24)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 겸용 배터리 충전기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배터리 접속부는, 배터리 전극의 +단자에 연결되는 단자와; 배터리 전극의 -단자에 연결되는 단자와; 배터리의 온도를 감지하기 위하여 연결되는 단자와; 배터리 종류의 구별은 감지하기 위하여 연결되는 단자로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 겸용 배터리 충전기.
- 검용 배터리 충전 장치의 제어를 시작하는 단계와; 직류 전원 공급 장치가 정상인가 판단하는 단계와; 상기의 판단 결과가 정상이면 충전하고자 하는 배터리가 상기의 배터리 접속부에 연결되어 있는지 판단하는 단계와; 상기의 배터리 접속부에 배터리가 연결되어 있으며 배터리의 온도가 0℃ < TB < 40℃인가 판단하는 단계와; 상기 배터리의 온도가 0℃ < TB < 40℃이면 배터리 접속부에 연결되어 있는 배터리가 리튬 이온 배터리인지 니켈 수소 배터리인지 판단하는 단계와; 상기의 배터리 종류의 판단 결과 리튬 이온 배터리가 장착되어 있는 경우에는 설정된 타이머가 종료되었는가 판단하는 단계와; 상기 타이머가 종료된 경우에는 손상된 배터리로 처리하는 단계와; 상기 타이머가 작동중일 경우에는 세류 충전이 가능한 배터리 전압인가 판단하여 세류 충전을 시작하는 단계와; 세류 충전이 불가능한 배터리 전압인 경우 급속 충전이 가능한 배터리 전압인가 판단하는 단계와; 배터리의 전압 및 온도가 급속 충전이 가능한가 판단하여 배터리의 전압 및 온도가 급속 충전이 가능하면 급속 충전을 시작하는 단계와; 설정된 타이머가 종료되었는가 판단하여 상기 타이머가 종료된 경우에는 손상된 배터리로 처리하는 단계와; 상기의 타이머가 동작중인 경우에 배터리 전압이 전지당 4.2V가 되었는가 판단하여 충전 모드 제어 신호를 변화시키는 단계와; 베터리 전압이 스펙(SPEC.)에 만족하는가 판단하여 상기 배터리 전압이 스펙에 맞지 않는 경우에 손상된 배터리로 처리하는 단계와; 상기의 배터리 전압이 스펙에 만족하는 경우에 충전 전류가 설정된 값 이하인가 판단하여 설정된 값 이하이면 배터리의 충전을 끝내는 단계와; 배터리 접속부에 연결되어 있는 배터리가 리튬 이온 배터리인지 니켈 수소 배터리인지 판단한 결과 니켈 수소 배터리가 연결되어 있으면 세류 충전을 시작하는 단계와; 설정된 타이머가 종료되었는가 판단하여 종료된 경우에는 손상된 배터리로 처리하는 단계와; 상기 설정된 타이머가 동작중인 경우에 배터리 전압이 전지당 1V 이상인가 판단하는 단계와; 배터리 전압이 전지당 1V 이상이면 배터리의 온도가 50℃ 이하인가 판단하여 배터리의 온도가 50℃ 이하이면 급속 충전을 시작하는 단계와; 설정된 타이머가 종료되었는가 판단하여 설정된 타이머가 동작중이면 배터리의 온도가 55℃ 이하인가 판단하는 단계와; 배터리의 온도가 55℃ 이하이면 배터리의 전압이 전지당 1.65V 이하인가 판단하는 단계와; 배터리의 전압이 1.65V 이하이면 배터리 온도의 1분당 변화율이 1℃ 이하인가 판단하여 배터리 온도의 1분당 변화율이 1℃ 이상이면 충전을 끝내는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 겸용 배터리 충전기 제어 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
