Abstract
본 발명은 예컨데 목공, 금속용, 코팅, 합피, 접착제 및 자기테이프용 등으로 사용될 수 있는 저독성 폴리이소시아네이트의 제조에 관한 것으로, 방향족 이소시아네이트의 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물을 제조함에 있어서, 과량의 방향족 이소시아네이트에 트리올과 디올을 부가반응시켜 미반응 이소시아네이트가 다량 함유된 중간체 개념의 혼합물을 얻고 다시 증류처리하여 미반응 이소시아네이트를 제거함을 특징으로 하는 박막증류기를 이용한 저독성 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물의 제조방법.

Claims (4)
- 방향족 이소시아네이트의 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물을 제조함에 있어서, 과량의 방향족 이소시아네이트에 트리올과 디올을 부가반응시켜 미반응 이소시아네이트가 다량 함유된 중간체 개념의 혼합물을 얻고 다시 중류처리하여 미반응 이소시아네이트를 제거한 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중류처리는 박막중류기로 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 이소시아네이트는 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제조된 폴리이소시아네이트는 미반응 이소시아네이트를 극소량 함유하여 저취성 저독성 제품인 것.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
