Claims (7)
- 95% 이상의 이소시아네이트기가 디에틸 말로네이트로 블록킹되고, 폴리이소시아네이트가 고형분을 기준으로 하여, a) 블록화 및 비블록화 이소시아네이트기 함량(NCO로 계산) 9% 내지 13%, b) 알로파네이트기함량(C2NH2O3로 계산, 분자량 101) 3% 내지 9% 및 c) 평균 계산 관능가 2.0 내지 2.5인, 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트로부터 제조되는 폴리이소시아네이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 4.4′- 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트로부터 제조되는 폴리이소시아네이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 평균 계산 관능가가 2인 폴리이소시아네이트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 평균 계산 관능가가 2인 폴리이소시아네이트.
- 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트를 임의로는 소량의 디올과 배합된 1가 알코올과 반응시켜서 우레탄기를 형성시키고, 우레탄기를 촉매 존해 하에 알로파네이트기로 전환시키고, 이어서 디에틸 말로네이트로 이소시아네이트기 95% 이상을 블록킹시키는 것으로 이루어진, 고형분을 기준으로 하여, a) 블록화 및 비블록화 이소시아네이트기 함량(NCO로 계산) 9% 내지 13%, b) 알로파네이트기 함량(C2NH203로 계산, 분자량 101) 3% 내지 9% 및 c) 평균 계산 관능가 2.0 내지 2.5인 폴리이소시아네이트의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 1가 알코올이 2 내지 22개의 탄소 원자를 가지고, 반응을 160℃ 이하의 온도에서 NCO/OH 당량 비를 5:1 내지 12:1로 유지하면서 행하는 방법.
- 결합제로서 유기 폴리히드록실 화합물 및 가교결합제로서 제1항의 폴리이소시아네이트를 함유하는 폴리우레탄 스토빙(stoving) 락커.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
