Abstract

본 발며은 더 한층의 소형화 및 냉기등의 유체의 흐름을 방해하지 않는 것을 과제로 하며 양단이 개방된 통형사의 틀체(2)의 내부에 개구부(3)를 형성함과 동시에 개구부(3)에 접촉하지 않는 위치와 접촉하는 위치와의 사이를 이동하는 배플(4)을 마련하고 또한 틀체(2)의 측부에 모터를 포함하는 배플(4)의 이동기구를 부착한다. 또한 틀체(2)를 거의 사각기둥형상으로 하고 있다.

제3도는 커버를 제거하고 또한 스텝핑모터를 가상적으로 부가한 도면으로 제2도의 Ⅲ방향에서 본 도면,
제4도는 제1실시예에 사용하는 배플을 도시한 도면으로 (A)는 평면도이고, (B)는 (A)의 화살표시(a)에서 본 정면도이고, (C)는 (A)의 화살표시(b)에서 본 도면,
제5도는 제1실시예에 사용하는 축을 도시한 도면으로 (A)는 정면도이고 (b)는 평면도,
제6도는 본 발명의 모터식 댐퍼가 적용되는 냉장고의 일례를 도시한 단면도,

Claims (12)

  1. 냉장고의 냉기가 흐르는 통로에 배치되는 모터식 댐퍼로서, 상기 통로의 일부를 구성하는 틀체와, 상기 틀체의 중앙에 형성된 냉기구와, 상기 틀체에 마련된 회동축에 회동가능하게 부착되어, 상기 냉기구를 개폐하는 배플과, 상기 배플은 상기 냉기루를 닫는 위치와 개방하는 위치와의 사이에서 이동시키는 회동기구를 구비하고, 상기 배플은 상기 냉기구를 닫는 위치에 있을 때, 상기 배플의 주위가 상기 틀체에 의하여 둘러싸이도록 배치되고, 상기 회동기구는 모터를 포함하고 상기 모터는 상기 틀 체의 외측이며 상기 배플의 회동축의 근방에 배치되고, 또한 상기 모터의 출력축과 상기 배플의 회동축이 회전 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터식댐퍼.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 모터의 출력축은 감속치차를 통하여 상기 배플의 회전축과 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터식 댐퍼.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 배플은 상기 냉기구가 완전히 개방되는 위치까지 회동가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 모터식 댐퍼.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 배플은 상기 냉기구를 닫는 위치에서 개방하는 위치로 약 90°회전가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 모터식 댐퍼.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 모터는 스텝핑모터인 것을 특징으로 하는 모터식 댐퍼.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 틀체는 상기 배플을 닫았을 때 상기 배플은 선단을 덮고 상기 배플이 냉기구를 열었을 때 상기 배플의 선단이 상기 틀체에서 노출하도록 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 모터식 댐퍼.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 냉기구는 상기 배플을 상기 냉기구를 닫는 위치가 상기 냉기의 흐름에 대하여 경사진 상태로 상기 틀체에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터식 댐퍼.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 2개의 배플로 구성하고 이 배플들을 상기 틀체의 통로 거의 중앙에 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 모터식 댐퍼.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회동기구는 스텝핑모터와 상기 스텝핑모터의 출력축에 감합된 피니온과 맞물리는 부채꼴치차와 일단이 상기 부채꼴치차에 감합하여, 타단측이 상기 배플에 결합하는 축으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 모터식 댐퍼.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 배플의 상기 냉기구측에 용수철의 일단을 부착하고 상기 용수철의 타단을 상기 틀체에 부착한 것을 특지으로 하는 모터식 댐퍼.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 배플과 배플에 결합하는 축과는 여유있는 틈을 가지고 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터식 댐퍼.
  12. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 부채꼴치차와의 일단에는 마그네트가 고착되어, 상기 마그네트의 근방에는 상기 마그네트의 접근을 검출하는 홀 IC가 상기 특체에 고착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터식 댐퍼.
