Abstract

다수의 병이나 깡통과 같은 용기를 운반할 수 있는 플라스틱 용기 운반 장치로서, 플라스틱 판으로 구성되었으며, 패키지를 구성할 수 있게 용기의 측면벽과 접촉하는 구멍을 내부에 가지는 용기 결합부를 가진다. 각각의 용기 결합부는 상단 마진과 대향의 측면 마진을 가진다. 노치부는 각각의 용기 결합부에서 측면 마진으로 제공된다. 접합부는 접합부에서 아래로 자유로이 연장되는 부분과 함께 용기 결합부를 접합함으로써, 상단 마진을 함께 접합한 상단 마진에 형성된다. 접합부는 길이 방향으로 연속적이다. 노치부는 용기 결합부의 각 측면 마진을 따라 제공되며, 밴드를 죠 신장기로 용기 위로 신장시킬 때 접합부의 양단에 걸리는 응력을 경감시키도록 접합부에서 하향이다. 다수의 절개부는 각 용기 결합부에서 접합부의 하향 및 접합부에 인접한 구멍의 중간에 제공된다.

제2도는 패키지를 형성하도록 상상선으로 표시한 다수의 용기를 둘러싸는 용기 운반 장치의 사시도.

Claims (10)

  1. 용기 운반 장치에 있어서, 플라스틱 판으로 형성된 제1 및 제2용기 결합부와, 상기 용기 결합부가 접합부로부터 자유로이 하향 연장되도록 상기 용기 결합부를 함께 결합하기 위해 용기 결합부의 상단 마진을 함께 결합함으로써 형성되는 용기 결합부의 상단 마진에 있는 접합부와, 상기 용기 결합부의 측면 마진의 적어도 하나를 따르는 노치부를 구비하며, 상기 용기 결합부는 단일 용기를 확고히 유지하기 위한 구멍을 규정하는 다수의 밴드를 가지며, 상단 마진과 용기 결합부의 최외부 크기를 규정하는 대향 측면 마진을 가지며, 상기 결합부는 예정된 길이 및 대향 단부를 가지며, 상기 노치부는 접합부의 아래로 향해 있으며, 용기 결합부가 용기를 거쳐 조립될 때, 노치부에 근접한 접합부의 단부에 대한 응력 완화를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 운반 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 노치부는 측면 마진의 최외부 크기로부터 안쪽으로 테이퍼져 있는 적어도 하나의 에지에 의해 규정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 운반 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 접합부의 아래로 향해 있으며, 각각 접합부의 전체 길이를 따라서 서로 이격되어 있으며, 용기 결합부가 용기를 거쳐 신장될때, 수축되는 다수의 절개부를 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 운반 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 접합부는 그 길이를 따라서 연속되는 특징으로 하는 용기 운반 장치.
  5. 용기 운반 장치에 있어서, 플라스틱 판으로 형성된 제1 및 제2용기 결합부와, 상기 용기 결합부가 상기 접합부로부터 자유로이 하향 연장되도록 상기 용기 결합부를 함께 결합하기 위해 용기 결합부의 상단 마진을 함께 결합함으로써 형성되는 용기 결합부의 상단 마진에 있는 접합부를 구비하며, 상기 용기 결합부는 상단 마진과 구멍을 규정하며, 만일 용기를 내부에 유지하기 위한 다수의 밴드를 가지며, 상기 접합부는 예정된 길이 및 대향 단부를 가지며 그 길이를 따라서 연속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 운반 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 연속 접합부의 아래로 향해 있으며, 접합부의 길이를 따라서 이격된 다수의 절개부를 포함하며, 용기 결합부가 용기에 걸쳐 신장될 때 절개부가 수축되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 운반 장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 각 절개부는 접합부를 따라서 이격된 지점으로부터 신장되는 에지를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 운반 장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 각 절개부는 용기 결합부 내의 인접한 구멍 사이에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 운반 장치.
  9. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 각 용기 결합부는 상기 용기 결합부의 최외부 크기를 규정하는 대향인 측면 마진을 가지며, 상기 각 용기 결합부의 측면 마진의 적어도 하나를 따르는 노치부를 또한 구비하며, 상기 노치부는 접합부의 아래로 향해 있으며 용기 결합부가 용기를 거쳐 조립될 때, 상기 노치부에 근접한 결합된 접합부의 단부에 대한 응력완화를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 운반 장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 노치부는 측면 마진의 최외부 크기로부터 내향으로 테이퍼진 적어도 하나의 에지에 의해 규정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 운반 장치.
