Claims (11)
- 하우징에 형성된 실린더 보어내에 편두피스톤을 왕복운동 가능하게 수용하며, 하우징내의 크랭크실에 설치된 회전축에는 회전지지체를 고정장착하며, 상기 회전지지체에는 편두피스톤을 왕복운동시키기 위한 시판을 경사운동 가능하게 지지하며, 토출압 영역과 상기 크랭크실을 접속하는 압력공급통로에는 개폐밸브를 마련하며, 피스톤을 통한 크랭크실의 압력과 실린더 보어내의 압력과의 차이압에 의해 사판의 경사각을 변경하도록 한 편두 피스톤형 압축기에 있어서, 외부냉매회로와 상기 크랭크실을 제1흡입통로에 의해 연통하며, 상기 크랭크실과 상기 흡입실을 제2흡입통로에 의해 연통하며, 상기 사판이 최소경사각 상태일때 상기 제1흡입통로를 폐쇄하는 차폐수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 편두 피스톤형 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 사판이 최소경사각 상태일때, 제2흡입통로의 통로면적을 줄이기 위한 트로틀수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 편두 피스톤형 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2흡입통로의 트로틀수단은 실린더 블록의 수용실에 들어가며, 사판의 경사운동에 추종하여 왕복운동되는 트로틀 밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 편두 피스톤형 압축기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제2흡입통로의 트로틀 수단은 상기 차폐수단에 연동되도록 일체적으로 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 편두 피스톤형 압축기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 차폐수단은 실린더블록의 수용실에 들어가며, 사판의 경사운동에 추종하여 왕복운동하는 차폐체인 것을 특징으로 하는 편두 피스톤형 압축기.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 차폐체는 실린더블록의 중심부에 형성된 수용실과 회전축과의 사이에 사판의 경사운동에 의해 회전축의 축선 방향으로 왕복운동 가능하게 개재된 뚜껑을 갖는 통형상의 스풀로서, 상기 스풀의 뚜껑부에는 제1흡입통로의 개폐부가 마련되며, 상기 스풀은 스프링에 의해 개방방향으로 부가되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 편두 피스톤형 압축기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제2흡입통로는 회전축내에 형성된 제1연통로를 구비하며, 상기 제1연통로의 상류단은 크랭크실에 베어링의 틈을 통해 연통된 립 밀폐실과 연통되며, 제1연통로의 하류단은 실린더 블록내에 형성된 연통실에 개구되며, 상기 연통실은 제2연통로를 통해 흡입실에 연통되는 것을 특징으로 하는 편두 피스톤형 압축기.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 스풀에는 제2흡입통로의 일부로 되는 연통구멍이 형성되며, 상기 스풀이 사판에 연동되어 후면측으로 이동된때 수용실의 내주에 형성된 제2흡입통로의 일부로 되는 고리형상 연통로에 대한 통로 면적을 감소하여 조여지도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 편두 피스톤형 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 사판은 알루미늄등의 경량재에 의해 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 편두 피스톤형 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 개폐밸브는 공조장치의 조작 스위치 및 냉방부하의 검출기에서의 신호에 의해 작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 편두 피스톤형 압축기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 회전축의 전단부에 결합고정된 풀리는 차량엔진의 회전운동에 직결되어 있는 클러치 레스인 것을 특징으로 하는 편두 피스톤형 압축기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
