Claims (10)
- 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)으로 표시되는 카바페넴화합물, 약제학적으로 허용가능한 그의 무독성염, 생리학적으로 가수분해 가능한 그의 에스테르, 수화물, 용매화물 또는 이의 이성질체.상기식에서, R1은 1-히드록시에틸, 1-플루오르에틸 또는 히드록시메틸을 나타내며, R2는 수소, C1-4알킬기, 또는 -CH2NH2-, -CH2CH|2NH2를 나타내며, R3는 수소, C1-4알킬기, C3-6알케닐기, C3-7시클로알킬기 또는 아실옥시알킬기를 나타내며, R4는 C1-4알킬기, C3-6알케닐기 C3-7시클로알킬기 또는 아릴알킬기를 나타내며, R5는 수소 또는 C1-4알킬기를 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1이 1-히드록시에틸인 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다음의 화학식(Ⅳ)의 구조를 갖는 화합물.상기식에서, R4및 R5는 제1항에서 언급한 바와같다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물이 하기 군중에서 선택된 것인 화합물, 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용가능한 그의 무독성염, 생리학적으로 가수분해 가능한 그의 에스테르, 수화물, 용매화물 또는 이의 이성질체 : 2-(4,6-디아미노-1-메틸피리미디니움-2-일)티오메틸-6-(1-히드록시에틸)-1-메틸-1-카바-2-페넴-4-카르복실레이트 ; 2-(4,6-디아미노-1-에틸피리미디니움-2-일)티오메틸-6-(1-히드록시에틸)-1-메틸-1-카바-2-페넴-4-카르복실레이트 ; 2-(4,6-디아미노-1-프로필피리미디니움-2-일)티오메틸-6-(1-히드록시에틸)-1-메틸-1-카바-2-페넴-4-카르복실레이트 ; 2-(1-시클로프로필-4,6-디아미노피리미디니움-2-일)티오메틸-6-(1-히드록시에틸)-1-메틸-1-카바-2-페넴-4-카르복실레이트 ; 2-(1-부틸-4,6-디아미노피리미디니움-2-일)티오메틸-6-(1-히드록시에틸)-1-메틸-1-카바-2-페넴-4-카르복실레이트 ; 2-(1-알릴-4,6-디아미노피리미디니움-2-일)티오메틸-6-(1-히드록시에틸)-1-메틸-1-카바-2-페넴-4-카르복실레이트 ; 또는 2-(4,6-디아미노-1,5-메틸피리미디니움-2-일)티오메틸-6-(1-히드록시에틸)-1-메틸-1-카바-2-페넴-4-카르복실레이트 ;
- 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 용매존재하에서 다음 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물, 약제학적 허용가능한 그의 무독성염, 생리학적으로 가수분해 가능한 그의 에스테르, 수화물 또는 용매화물을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, R1은 1-히드록시에틸, 1-플루오르에틸 또는 히드록시메틸을 나타내며, R2는 수소, C1-4알킬기, 또는 -CH2NH2-, -CH2CH|2NH2를 나타내고, R3는 수소, C1-4알킬기, C3-6알케닐기, C3-7시클로알킬기 또는 아실옥시알킬기를 나타내며, R4는 C1-4알킬기, C3-6알케닐기 C3-7시클로알킬기 또는 아릴알킬기를 나타내고, R5는 수소 또는 C1-4알킬기를 나타내며, Rb는 1-플루오로 에틸, 또는 -CH(Ra)-OR|b기이며, 여기서 Ra는 수소 또는 C1-4알킬기를 나타내며, Rb는 수소 또는 히드록시 보호기이고, R7는 수소, C1-4알킬기, C3-6알케닐기, C3-7시클로알킬기, 아실옥시알킬기 또는 카르복실보호기이며, L은 이탈기이다.
- 제5항에 있어서, 반응이 끝난 후 화합물(Ⅰ)의 히드록시보호기 및 카르복실기보호기를 제거함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 용매가 디메틸포름아미드 또는 아세토니트릴임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 반응을 알칼리금속 할라이드의 존재하에 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 알칼리금속할리이드가 NaBr, NaI, KBr 또는 KI임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 반응을 요오드화나트륨, 요오드화칼륨, 브로모나트륨, 브로모칼륨 및 칼륨티오티아네이트 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 안정화제의 존재하에 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
