Claims (4)
- 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 카바페넴 화합물, 약제학적으로 허용가능한 그의 무독성염 또는 이의 이성질체.상기식에서, R1은 1-히드록시저급알킬기를 나타내며, R2는 수소 또는 저급알킬기을 나타내며, R3는 수소 또는 C3-6알케닐기를 나타내며, R4와 R5는 각각 독립적으로 수소, 시아노, 아미노 또는 저급알콕시카르보닐기를 나타내거나, R4와 R5가 그들이 부착된 탄소원자와 함께 구조식(A)의 라디칼(여기서 R6및 R7은 각각 독립적으로 수소, 머캅토, 알킬티오 또는 아미노기를 나타내며, R8은 수소 또는 C1-4알킬기를 나타낸다)을 형성할 수 있다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1이 1-히드록시에틸인 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, R2가 수소 또는 메틸인 화합물.
