Claims (8)
- 분자내에 2이상의 유리 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 비닐 중합체 (A) 및 분자내에 2 이상의 히드록실기를 갖는 폴리에스테르 수지 (B)로부터, 수지 (B)의 히드록실기 일부를 중합체 (A)의 유리 이소시아네이트기 일부와 반응시킨 다음 보호제를 잔류하는 유리 이소시아네이트기 전부와 반응시켜 제조됨을 특징으로 하는, 분자내에 보호 이소시아네이트기 및 히드록실기를 갖는 자체-가교 결합 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비닐 중합체 (A)가, 2-이소시아네이트 에틸 메타크릴레이트, m-이소프로페닐-α,α-디메틸벤질 이소시아네이트 및 2-히드록시에틸 아크릴레이트와 이소포론 디이소시아네이트의 부가물로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 이소시아네이트-함유 비닐 단량체를 함유하며 그외의 비닐 단량체를 추가로 함유할 수 있는 중합체, 또는 그의 부분 보호 생성물인 자체-가교 결합 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중량 평균 분자량이 1000∼120000인 자체-가교 결합 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 히드록실기가 25∼250mg KOH/g 수지이고 이소시아네이트가가 5∼250/g1000g 수지인 자체-가교 결합 수지.
- 분자내에 유리 이소시아네이트기 및 보호 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 비닐 중합체 (C) 및 분자내에 2 이상의 히드록실기를 갖는 폴리에스테르 수지 (B)로부터 수지 (B)의 히드록실기 일부를 중합체 (C)의 유리 이소시아네이트기 전부와 반응시켜 제조됨을 특징으로 하는, 분자내에 보호 이소시아네이트기 및 히드록실기를 갖는 자체-가교 결합 수지.
- 제5항에 있어서, 비닐 중합체 (C)가 2-이소시아네이트 에틸 메타그릴레이트, m-이소프로페닐-α,α'-디메틸벤질 이소시아네이트 및 2-히드록시에틸 아크릴레이트와 이소포론 디이소시아네이트의 부가물로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 이소시아네이트-함유 비닐 단량체를 함유하며 그외의 비닐 단량체를 추가로 함유할 수 있는 중합체의 부분 보호 생성물은 자체-가교 결합 수지.
- 제5항에 있어서, 중량 평균 분자량이 1000∼120000인 자체-가교 결합 수지.
- 제5항에 있어서, 히드록실기가 25∼250mg KOH/g 수지이고 이소시아네이트가가 5∼250g/1000g 수지인 자체-가교 결합 수지.
