Abstract

본 발명은 리튬 건전지의 과부하 방지장치에 관한 것으로서, 전해액(70)이 내부에 충진된 케이스(60)와 상기 케이스(60)의 상부 내측면에 끼워져서 내부를 밀봉시키는 가스켓(90)과, 상기 가스켓(90) 내부에 설치되는 커버(30) 및 캡(10)으로 구성된 리튬건전지에 있어서, 상기 가스켓(90)의 내주면에 일정크기로 돌출 형성된 간격돌기(91)와, 상기 간격돌기(91)의 하부면에 설치되는 커버(30)와, 상기 캡(10)과 커버(30) 사이에 굴곡지게 설치되어 중심부의 돌출부(101)가 캡(10)의 저면에 접촉되도록 형성된 형상기억스프링(100)으로 구성된 리튬 건전지의 과부하 방지장치 인바 리튬 건전지의 과열을 효과적으로 방지하고 생산 단가를 저감하도록 해주는 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 전해액(70)이 내부에 충진된 케이스(60)와 상기 케이스(60)의 상부 내측면에 끼워져서 내부를 밀봉시키는 가스켓(90)과, 상기 가스켓(90) 내부에 설치되는 커버(30) 및 캡(10)으로 구성된 리튬건전지에 있어서, 상기 가스켓(90)의 내주면에 일정크기로 돌출 형성된 간격돌기(91)와, 상기 간격돌기(91)의 하부면에 설치되는 커버(30)와, 상기 캡(10)과 커버(30) 사이에 굴곡지게 설치되어 중심부의 돌출부(101)가 캡(10)의 저면에 접촉되도록 형성된 형상 기억스프링(100)으로 구성된 리튬 건전지의 과부하 방지장치.
