본 고안은, 자동차의 후부차체구조에 관한 것으로서 특히, 램프하우징의 내측으로 전방연결판과 보강판을 신설함으로서, 램프하우징부의 비틀림강성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 된 자동차용 후부차체의 램프하우징 보강구조에 관한 것이다.
종래 자동차의 후부차체에 설치되는 램프하우징은 제5도에 나타내었다. 즉, 하측부로는 리어 앤드멤버(11)를 결합하고 있고, 상측으로는 리어휀더(16)를 결합하고 있으며, 내측에는 일측브라케트(13)와 타측브라케트(14)를 결합시키고 있는 램프하우징(12) 일측부에는, 리어 필라 인너(15)를 연결하고 있는 구성으로 되어 있다. 상기와 같이 램프하우징(12)은 개방화된 구성이므로 비틀림강성에 약하여 휘어지는 등의 변형을 일으키게 되는 문제점을 가지고 있었다.
이러한 종래의 문제점 등을 해결 보완하기 위한 본 고안의 목적은, 코너부인 램프하우징의 강성을 보강하여 비틀림에 취약했던 문제점을 개선하는데 본 고안의 목적이 있다.
상기의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 고안은, 램프하우징의 개방되어 있는 부위로 보강판을 전방연결관과 함께 연결시켜줌으로서 본 고안의 목적을 달성할 수 있게 된다.
이하, 첨부된 도면에 의해 본 고안을 상세히 설명하기로 한다.
램프하우징(2)의 타측에 연결되어지는 리어앤드멤버(1)와, 일측으로 후방연결판(7)과 함께 연결되어지는 리어 필라 인너(5)와, 그리고 상측부에는 리어휀더(6)를 연결시키고 있는 구성에서 있어서, 상기 램프하우징(2)의 개방되어 있는 부위로 보강판(3)을 위치시켜서 결합시키되, 램프하우징(2)과 보강판(3)이 일정한 거리를 두고 연결되도록 중간에 전방연결관(4)을 결합시켜서 된 구성이다.
이와 같이 된 본 고안의 작용효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
먼저, 리어앤드멤버(1)와 리어 필라 인너(5) 그리고 리어휀더(6) 부위에는 제2도와 제3도 같이 모두 폐단면을 구성하고 있기 때문에 비틀림강성에 강하게 설치되어 있다. 그리고, 본 고안 램프 하우징(2)의 개방된 부위로 보강판(3)이 전방연결관(4)과 함께 제3도와 같이 연결되면서 폐단면을 이루게 되는 것이므로, 코너부인 램프 하우징(2)도 비틀림강성이 강하게 보강된 상태가 되어 휘어지는 등의 변형을 막을 수 있는 동시에 브라케트의 설치가 필요없게 되는 것이므로 보다 간단한 구성에 의해 최고의 효과를 얻을 수 있는 것이다.

  1. 램프하우징(2)의 타측에 연결되어지는 리어앤드멤버(1)와, 일측을 후방연결판(7)과 함께 연결되어지는 리어 필라 인너(5)와, 그리고 상측부에는 리어 휀더(6)를 연결시키고 있는 구성에 있어서,
    상기 램프하우징(2)의 개방되어 있는 부위로 보강판(3)을 위치시켜서 결합시키되, 램프하우징(2)과 보강판(3)이 일정한 거리를 두고 연결되도록 중간에 전방연결관(4)을 결합시켜서 된 것을, 특징으로 하는 자동차용 후부차체의 램프하우징 보강구조.
