Description
Claims (10)
- 검출온도에 기초하여 기기의 운전을 제어하기 위한 온도제어장치에 있어서, 검출온도에 따라 저항치가 변화하는 온도검출소자를 포함하며, 상기 온도검출소자의 저항치에 대응하는 DC전압을 출력하기 위한 온도검출회로, 상기 출력된 DC전압을 상기 검출소자의 저항치의 범위에 대응하는 상기 온도검출회로의 출력전압범위의 다수 스텝중 하나에 대응하는 디지탈스텝치로 A/D(아날로그/디지탈) 변환하고, 그후 상기 디지탈스텝치를 미리 정한 수학적 관계를 사용하여 수학적으로 표시되는 온도치로 변환하며, 변환에 의해 얻어진 상기 온도치를 사용하여 기기의 온도제어를 행하기 위한 연산제어수단으로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 온도제어장치.
- 검출온도에 기초해서 기기의 운전을 제어하기 위한 온도제어장치에 있어서, 검출온도에 따라 저항치가 변화하는 온도검출소자를 포함하며, 상기 온도검출소자의 저항치에 대응하는 DC전압을 출력하기 위한 온도검출회로, 상기 DC전압을 상기 DC전압에 대응하는 디지탈스텝치 범위의 스텝들중 하나의 디지탈치로 변환하여 상기 디지탈스텝치를 출력하기 위한 A/D변환기, 미리 정한 함수에 따라 상기 디지탈스텝치로부터 온도치를 수학적으로 계산하기 위한 수치변환기, 수학적으로 계산된 온도치와 같은 데이터형태로 설정 온도치를 저장하기 위한 수단 및, 사기 저장되어 있는 계산된 온도치와 상기 설정온도치를 사용하여 상기 기기의 제어를 위한 연산처리수단으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 온도제어장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 미리 정환 함수는 상기 온도검출소자의 온도-저항치 관계를 나타내는 특성수식에서 얻은 온도-단계치 관계를 나타내는 특성식, 상기 온도검출회로는 저항치-전압관계를 나타내는 특성식, 및 상기 A/D변환기의 전압-단계치 관계를 나타내는 특성식인 것을 특징으로 하는 온도제어장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 A/D변환기, 상기 수치변환기, 및 상기 연산처리수단이 마이크로프로세서의 전체부분인 것을 특징으로 하는 온도제어장치.
- 검출온도에 기초하여 기기의 운전을 제어하기 위한 온도제어방법에 있어서, 검출온도에 따라 저항치가 변화하는 온도검출소자를 제공하는 단계(스텝), 상기 온도검출소자가 검출하는 온도에 의한 그 저항치에 따라 대응하는 전압을 얻는 단계, 상기 전압을 상기 검출소자로 검출된 상기 온도에 대응하는 디지탈스텝치로 A/D변환하는 단계, 상기 디지탈스텝치를 미리 정한 함수에 따라 수학적으로 표시된 온도치로 변환하여 상기 변환된 값을 저장하는 단계, 설정온도치를 상기 수학적으로 표시된 온도치와 같은 형태로 저장하는 단계 및, 상기 저장된 온도치와 상기 설정온도치를 사용하여 상기 기기의 제어를 행하기 위한 연산처리를 행하는 단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 온도제어방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 미리 정한 함수는 상기 온도검출소자의 온도-저항치 관계를 나타내는 특성식에서 얻은 온도-단계치 관계를 나타내는 특성식, 상기 온도검출소자의 저항치에 대응하는 전압을 출력하기 위한 상기 온도검출회로의 저항치-전압관계를 나타내는 특성식, 및 상기 전압을 A/D변환하기 위한 상기 A/D변환기의 전압-단계치 관계를 나타내는 특성인 것을 특징으로 하는 온도제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 검출소자는 비선형저항-온도특성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도제어장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 검출소자는 비선형저항-온도특성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도제어장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 검출소자는 비선형저항-온도특성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도제어방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 온도검출회로가 상기 온도검출소자의 미리 정한 저항치의 범위에서 운전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도제어장치.
