Abstract

본 발명은 가압하에 물리적으로 용해되는 이산화탄소가 발포제로서 사용되고 폴리우레탄 반응성 혼합물이 도입되는 동안 주형 캐비티 내의 압력이 유지되어 용해된 이산화탄소가 완전히 방출되는 것을 방치하는 폴리우레탄 발포 성형품의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 발포제를 함유하는 폴리우레탄 방응성 혼합물을 주형 캐비티내로 도입하고, 방응성 혼합물을 발포시키며, 경화시키고 주형 캐비티로부터 성형품을 제거하므로써 폴리우레탄 발포 성형품을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, a) 폴리우레탄 반응성 혼합물내에 발포제로서 이산화탄소를 가압하에 용해시키고, b) 반응성 혼합물을 밀폐식 주형 캐비티내에 도입하며, c) 반응성 혼합물을 도입하는 동안에 주형 캐비티내의 가스 압력을 반응성 혼합물이 안전히 발포되는 것을 방지하는 압력으로 유지시키고, d) 발포된 반응 혼합물이 주형 캐비티 전체를 채울 때까지(임의로는 추가로)반응성 혼합물을 발포시키면서 주형 캐비티내의 가스 압력을 감소시키는 것을 개선점으로 하는 폴리우레탄 발포 성형품의 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 주형 캐비티가 주형 분할면내의 가용성 막에 의해 제1부분 및 제2부분으로 분할되고, 가스 압력이 주형 캐비티의 제1부분에 가해져 막이 주형 캐비티의 제2부분의 단면형에 걸쳐 위치되며, 반응성 혼합물이 주형 캐비티의 제2부분내로 도입되고, 막이 반응성 홈합물의 발포로 인해 주형 캐비티의 제1부분의 단면형에 걸쳐 위치될 때까지 주형 캐비티의 제1부분내의 가스 압력이 감소되는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 반응성 홈합물이 용해된 CO20.5 내지 7중량%를 함유하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 충전 과정 동안에 주형의 내압이 반응성 혼합물내에 처음에 용해 되는 이산화탄소의 포화 중기압의 50% 이상인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 반응성 홈합물이 용해된 CO2의 방출을 위해 기포핵으로서 미분된 공기 기포를 함유하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 주형 캐비티가 반응성 홈합물에 대해 유입 오리피스의 반대쪽에 위치하고 유입 오리피스를 향해 이동가능한 1개 이상의 단면형 부재를 가지고, 상기 단면형 부재가 반응성 홈합물이 도입되는 동안에 유입 오리피스를 향해 이동하여 주향 캐비티내의 반응성 홈합물이 급속히 횡방향으로 분포되도록 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 반응성 혼합물이 고압 향류 사출 혼합 헤드로 생성되고, 상기 혼합 헤드내로 공급되는 성분들 중 1종 이상이 가압하에 용해된 CO2를 함유하는 방법.
