Claims (4)
- 서어보모터로 구동되는 기계의 이동방향이 반전할 때에 행하는 백래시 가속제어방향으로서, 이 주기의 이동지령과 다음 주기의 이동지령의 방향이 반전할 때의 이동지령의 가속도를 구하고, 상기 가속도에 비례하는 값과 속도지령이 일치한 시점에서 백래시 가속보정을 개시하는 백래시 가속 제어방법.
- 서어보모터로 구동되는 기계의 이동방향이 반전할 때에 행하는 백래시 가속 제어방법으로서, 위치·속도 루우프 처리 주기와 이 주기의 전후의 수주기의 이동지령의 평균치를 구하는 스무싱처리를 실행하여 피드포워드량을 구하고, 상기 피드포워드량을 사용하여 보정된 속도지령을 구하고, 이 보정된 속도지령에 의거하여 서어보모터를 제어하고, 이 주기의 이동지령과 다음 주기의 이동지령의 방향이 반전될 때의 이동지령의 가속도를 구하고, 상기 가속도에 비례한 값과, 상기 속도지령이 일치한 시점에서 백래시 가속보정을 개시하는 서어보모터의 백래시 가속 제어방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 스무싱처리는 위치·속도 루우프 처리를 행하는 주기의 이동지령을 중심으로 한 그 전후의 위치·속도 루우프 주기의 이동지령중 분배주기에 대응하는 수의 위치·속도 루우프 주기의 이동지령의 평균을 구하므로서 이루는 백래시 가속 제어방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 피드포워드량은 상기 스무싱 처리에서 구해진 이동지령의 평균치에 피드포워드계수를 곱해서 얻어지는 백래시 가속 제어방법.
