- 최소 두 기록 포맷에 대응하는 기록 영역을 갖는 데이타 기록 매체로부터 데이타를 재생하는 장치에 있어서, 상기 기록 영역중 하나로부터 인코드된 데이타를 판독하는 수단과, 키 데이타의 최소 일부가 기록되는 상기 기록 영역중 다른 하나로부터의 상기 인코드된 데이타를 디코딩하는데 이용된 키 데이타를 판독하는 수단과, 상기 키 데이타에 기초하여 상기 인코드된 데이타를 디코딩하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 기록 장치.
- 최소 두 기록층을 갖는 데이타 기록 매체로부터의 데이타를 재생하는 재생 장치에 있어서, 상기 기록영역중 하나로부터 인코드된 데이타를 판독하는 수단과, 키 데이타의 최소 일부가 기록되는 상기 기록 영역중 다른 하나로부터 상기 인코드된 데이타를 위해 이용된 키 데이타를 디코딩하는 수단과, 상기 키 데이타에 기초하여 상기 인코드된 데이타를 디코딩하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 기록 장치.
- 제24항에 있어서, 상기 한 기록층은 상기 기록층의 다른 하나가 데이타 기록 시기와 상관없는 영역을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 재생 장치.
- 최소 두 기록 포맷에 대응하는 기록 영역을 갖는 데이타 기록 매체로부터 데이타를 재생하는 장치에 있어서, 최소 두 기록 영역에 확장되어 기록된 데이타를 판독하는 수단과, 상기 판독된 데이타를 서로 합성하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 재생 장치.
- 최소 두 기록층을 갖는 데이타 기록 매체로부터 데이타를 재생하는 장치에 있어서, 최소 두 기록 영역에 확장되어 기록된 데이타를 판독하는 수단과, 상기 데이타를 서로 합성하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 재생 장치.
- 제27항에 있어서, 상기 한 기록층은 상기 다른 기록층의 데이타 기록 시기와 상관없는 영역을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 재생 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
