Abstract

광디스크(D)는 두 기록 포맷을 위해 제1기록층(L1)과 제2기록층(L2)으로 구성된다. 인코드된 데이타는 제1기록층(L1)상에 기록된다. 인코딩 키 데이타는 제2기록층(L2)상에 기록된다. 인코딩 키 데이타는 인코딩된 데이타를 디코딩하는데 이용된다. 이 기록은 매우 어렵게 기록된 데이타의 재생을 쉽게 한다.
비트 형태 부분상에 기록된 데이타가 어떤 수단에 의해서 재생될 수 있으면 광디스크 상에 기록된 데이타 신호는 쉽게 재생될 수 없다.

Claims (28)

  1. 데이타 기록 매체에 있어서, 최소 두 기록 포맷에 대응하는 워킹 영역을 포함하며 상기 워킹 영역중 하나는 인코드된 데이타를 기록하고 상기 워킹 영역중 다른 하나는 상기 인코드된 데이타를 디코딩하는데 이용되는 키 데이타의 최소 일부를 기록하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 기록 매체.
  2. 데이타 기록 매체에 있어서, 최소 두 기록층을 포함하며, 상기 기록층 중 하나는 인코드된 데이타를 기록하고 상기 기록층 중 다른 하나는 상기 인코드된 데이타를 디코딩하는데 이용되는 키 데이타의 최소 일부를 기록하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 기록 매체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 한 기록층은 다른 기록층의 데이타 기록시기와 상관없는 영역을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 기록 매체.
  4. 최소 두 기록 포맷에 대응하는 기록 영역을 포함하고 데이타는 상기 최소 두 기록 영역에 확장하여 기록되는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 기록 매체.

  17. 최소 두 기록 포맷에 대응하는 기록 영역을 갖는 데이타 기록 매체상에 데이타를 기록하는 장치에 있어서, 한 기록 영역상에 인코드된 데이타를 기록하는 수단과, 상기 기록 영역중 다른 하나의 상에 인코드된 데이타를 디코딩하는데 이용된 키 데이타의 최소 일부를 기록하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 기록 장치.
  18. 최소 두 기록층을 갖는 데이타 기록 매체상에 데이타를 기록하는 장치에 있어서, 한 기록 영역상에 인코드된 데이타를 기록하는 수단과, 상기 기록 영역중 다른 하나의 상기 인코드된 데이타를 디코딩하는데 이용된 키 데이타의 최소 일부를 기록하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 기록 장치.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 한 기록층이 다른 기록층의 데이타 기록 시기와 상관없는 영역을 갖는 특징으로 하는 데이타 기록 장치.
  20. 최소 두 기록 포맷에 대응하는 기록 영역을 갖는 데이타 기록 매체에 데이타를 기록하는 장치에 있어서, 최소 두 기록 영역에 기록된 데이타를 기록하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 기록 장치.
  21. 최소 두 기록층을 갖는 데이타 기록 매체에 데이타를 기록하는 장치에 있어서, 최소 두 기록 영역에 기록될 데이타를 기록하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 기록 장치.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 상기 한 기록층은 다른 기록층의 데이타 기록 시기와 상관없는 영역을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 기록 장치.
  23. 최소 두 기록 포맷에 대응하는 기록 영역을 갖는 데이타 기록 매체로부터 데이타를 재생하는 장치에 있어서, 상기 기록 영역중 하나로부터 인코드된 데이타를 판독하는 수단과, 키 데이타의 최소 일부가 기록되는 상기 기록 영역중 다른 하나로부터의 상기 인코드된 데이타를 디코딩하는데 이용된 키 데이타를 판독하는 수단과, 상기 키 데이타에 기초하여 상기 인코드된 데이타를 디코딩하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 기록 장치.
  24. 최소 두 기록층을 갖는 데이타 기록 매체로부터의 데이타를 재생하는 재생 장치에 있어서, 상기 기록영역중 하나로부터 인코드된 데이타를 판독하는 수단과, 키 데이타의 최소 일부가 기록되는 상기 기록 영역중 다른 하나로부터 상기 인코드된 데이타를 위해 이용된 키 데이타를 디코딩하는 수단과, 상기 키 데이타에 기초하여 상기 인코드된 데이타를 디코딩하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 기록 장치.
  25. 제24항에 있어서, 상기 한 기록층은 상기 기록층의 다른 하나가 데이타 기록 시기와 상관없는 영역을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 재생 장치.
  26. 최소 두 기록 포맷에 대응하는 기록 영역을 갖는 데이타 기록 매체로부터 데이타를 재생하는 장치에 있어서, 최소 두 기록 영역에 확장되어 기록된 데이타를 판독하는 수단과, 상기 판독된 데이타를 서로 합성하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 재생 장치.
  27. 최소 두 기록층을 갖는 데이타 기록 매체로부터 데이타를 재생하는 장치에 있어서, 최소 두 기록 영역에 확장되어 기록된 데이타를 판독하는 수단과, 상기 데이타를 서로 합성하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 재생 장치.
  28. 제27항에 있어서, 상기 한 기록층은 상기 다른 기록층의 데이타 기록 시기와 상관없는 영역을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 재생 장치.
