Claims (10)
- 사용시 상류단부가 될 한 단부에 입구(14)를 가진 외부의 둥근튜브(12), 입구(14)의 하류의 튜브(12)내에 축방향으로 배열된 볼텍스 혹은 회전흐름발생기(16)와, 볼텍스발생기(16)의 하류의 분리구역(19)과, 분리구역(19)의 하류의 튜브(12)의 주변을 향한 주변출구구역(22)과, 분리구역(19)의 하류의 튜브(12)의 중앙을 향한 중앙출구구역(24)과, 주변(22)과 중앙(24)출구구역들을 분리하도록 외부둥근튜브(12)내에 동심으로 배열되고, 분리구역(19)의 단부에 해당하는 미리 결정된 축위치에 입구(42), 그의 하류단부에 중앙출구수단(48)을 가지는 내부둥근수축튜브(40)와, 주변출구구역(22)의 하류의 출구수단(36)을 포함하는 장치(10)내에서, 가스로부터 입자를 회수하거나 혹은 가스입자를 정화하도록 입자함유가스흐름을 처리하는 방법으로써, 이 방법이, 그의 입구(14)를 통하여 외부둥근튜브(12)속으로 입자함유가스흐름을 축방향으로 유입시키고, 볼텍스발생기(16)를 통하여 흐름을 안내함에 의해 입자함유가스흐름내에 회전하는 흐름을 유도하고, 흐름이 볼텍스발생기(16)와 분리구역(19)을 통하여 흐를 동안 회전하는 흐름으로 인해 흐름의 외부주변을 향하여 옮기고 농축되도록 하며, 흐름의 입자가 풍부한 부분을 출구구역(22)을 통하고 주변출구수단(36)을 통하도록 외부주변튜브(12)를 향하여 안내하고, 흐름의 입자가 희박한 부분을 중앙출구구역(24)을 통하고 중앙출구수단(48)을 통하도록, 중앙튜브(12)를 향하여 안내하며, 그 특징이 출구구역(22)내에 가속구역(90)에서 흐름의 입자가 풍부한 부분을 가속하는 과정에 있는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 흐름의 입자가 풍부한 부분을 50%와 300% 사이로 가속함에 특징이 있는 방법.
- 제1항 혹은 제2항에 있어서, 흐름의 입자가 풍부한 부분을 가속하는 과정 다음에 가속구역(90)의 하류의 주변출구구역(22)내의 디퓨져구역(92)에서 흐름이 확산 혹은 감속하도록 함에 의해 동압을 소비하며 입자가 풍부한 입자 흐름에 정압을 얻는 과정을 더 포함함에 특징이 있는 장치.
- 사용시 상류단부가 될 한 단부에 입구(14)를 가진 외부의 둥근튜브(12)와, 입구(14)의 하류의 튜브(12)내에 축방향으로 배열된 볼텍스 혹은 회전흐름발생기(16)와, 볼텍스발생기(16)의 하류의 분리구역(16)과, 분리구역(19)의 하류의 튜브(12)의 주변을 향한 주변출구구역(22)과, 분리구역(19)의 하류의 튜브(12)의 중앙을 향한 중앙출구구역(24)과, 주변(22)과 중앙(24)출구구역들을 분리하도록 외부의 둥근튜브(12)내에 동심으로 배열되고, 분리구역(19)의 단부에 해당하는 미리 결정된 축위치의 입구(42), 그의 하류단부에 중앙출구수단(48)을 가지는 내부의 둥근수축튜브(40)와, 주변출구구역(22)의 하류의 출구수단(36)을 포함하는 볼텍스 튜브가스정화장치(10) 혹은 입자회수장치(10)에 있어서, 주변출구구역(22)의 적어도 일부분이 유로면적에 관하여 축소하거나 혹은 수축되어 사용시 가속흐름을 유도하는 가속구역(90)을 형성하도록 함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 축소 혹은 수축부(90)가 내부의 둥근수축튜브(40)의 확개부 혹은 플레어링(flaring)(52)에 의해 달성됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 내부둥근수축튜브(40)의 플레어링 혹은 확개부(52)의 협각이 60°와 135°사이임을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 가속구역(90)의 바로 상류와 하류 각각의 유로면적의 비율이 1.5:1과 4:1 사이임을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 가속구역(90) 다음에 주변출구구역(22)의 부분이 있고 이 부분은 가속구역(90)의 입자가 풍부한 흐름 하류를 감속시키도록 배열된 디퓨쳐(34)의 형태임을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 예각(45)이 30°에서 50°의 범위내에 있는 장치.
