- 슬로트로드(11)가 감겨진 공급드럼(51)이 나선홈(13)에 동기해서 회전할 수 있는 제1회전체(52)에 지지된 공급장치(53)와: 광파이버(15) 광파이어리본(16)이 감겨진 복수의 공급리일(54) 및 광파이버 또는 광파이버리본(16)을 슬로트로드(11)의 각 나선홈(13)내에 삽입하는 홈넣기장치(55)로 이루어진 광파이버삽입장치(56)와:광파이버(15) 또는 광파이버리본(16)이 삽입된 슬로트로드(11)의 바깥표면에 실감기 또는 테이프감기에 의해 누름감기를 행하는 실감기장치(57)와:나선홈(13)에 동기해서 회전하면서 광파이버케이블(14)을 끌어내는 끌어내기장치(58)와:광파이버케이블(14)을 감는 감기드럼(59)이 나선홈(13)에 동기해서 회전할 수 있는 제2회전체(60)에 지지된 감기장치(61)를 구비한 드럼트위스트형 광파이버케이블의 제조장치에 있어서, 안내휘일(62)의 회전축(63)이 베어링(64)에 지지되어 슬로트로드(11)의 끌어내기방향과 교차하는 축을 중심으로 자유로히 회전할 수 있고, 슬로트로드(11)의 끌어내기방향을 축중심으로 해서 슬로트로드(11)의 나선홈(13)에 동기해서 회전하고, 실감기장치(57)와 끄러내기장치(58)사이에 설치되어 광파이버케이블(14)을 감아서 슬로트로드(11)에 소요의 장력을 유지하면서 슬로트로드(11)에 소요의 곡률을 부여하고, 이에 의해 슬로트로드(11)의 속도와 광파이버(15) 또는 광파이버리본(16)의 속도를 일치시키고 또한 슬로트로드(11)내에 광파이버(15) 또는 광파이버리본(16)을 고정시키는 안내 휘일(62)을 부가하여 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 드럼트위스트형 광파이버케이블의 제조장치.
