Claims (10)
- 첫 번째 반응지대에서 수소가 존재하는 가운데, 상승된 온도와 압력에서, 탄화수소 공급원료를 무정형 운반체 상에 하나 이상의 VIB족 금속, 하나 이상의 Ⅷ족 금속, 또는 그들의 혼합물을 함유하는 첫 번째 무정형 수소화 분해촉매와 접촉시키고, 첫 번째 반응지대에서 두 번째 반응지대로 완전히 유출액을 통과시키고 두 번째 반응지대에서 수소가 존재하는 가운데 상승된 온도 및 압력에서, 첫 번째 반응에서 나온 상기 유출액을 24.40이하의 단위 셀 크기를 제올라이트 Y상에 하나 이상의 VIB족 금속, 하나 이상의 VIII족 금속, 또는 그들의 혼합물을 함유하는 두 번째 제올라이트 수소화 분해 촉매와 접촉시키는 것을 포함하여 구성되는, 탄화수소 공급원료를 저비점의 생성물로 수소화 분해하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수소화 분해될 탄화수소 공급원료가, 중간 분리없이 첫 번째 반응지대로 들어가는 공급 원료의 히드로탈금속화의 유출액을 포함하여 구성되는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 히드로탈금속화 촉매가 실리카 상에 니켈, 바나듐, 몰리브덴, 또는 그들의 혼합물을 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 무정형 수소화 분해 촉매가 니켈, 코발트, 또는 그들의 혼합물 및 몰리브덴, 텅스텐 또는 그들의 혼합물을 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중에 어느 한 항에 있어서, 무정형 운반체가 알루미나인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중에 어느 한 항에 있어서, 첫 번째 반응지대내 반응조건이, 온도가 250 내 500oC이고 수소 분압이 20 내지 200 바아이며 공간 속도가 0.1 내지 10kg/1.시 이고 H2/공급원료의 비가 100 내지 5000 N1/kg인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 포지사이트-형(faujasite-형) 제올라이트가 8 내지 15의 SiO2/Al2O3몰비를 갖는 제올라이트 Y인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제올라이트 수소화 분해 촉매가 하나 이상의 니켈, 코발트, 또는 그 두성분의 혼합물 및 하나 이상의 몰리브덴, 텅스텐, 또는 그 두 성분의 혼합물 또는 하나 이상의 백금, 팔라듐, 또는 그 두 성분의 혼합물을 포함하여 구성되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중에 어느 한항에 있어서, 두 번째 반응지대 내에서의 반응이 250oC 내지 500oC, 300바아 이하의 압력, 및 0.1 내지 10kg 공급원료/ℓ 촉매/시의 공간속도에서 수행되는 방법.
