Claims (17)
- 투명기판 위에 제1광흡수층을 구비하여 이루어진 저반사 코팅유리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1광흡수층상에 저굴절박막층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저반사 코팅유리.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 투명기판과 제1광흡수층 사이에 고굴절박막층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저반사 코팅유리.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 투명기판과 상기 고굴절박막층 사이에 제2광흡수층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저반사 코팅유리.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 투명기판은 무기질 유리기판 또는 유기질 유리기판으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 저반사 코팅유리.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 제1광흡수층 및 제2광흡수층은 질화티타늄(TiNx) 또는 질화크롬(CrNx)을 포함하는 광흡수층 질화물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 저반사 코팅유리.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제1광흡수층의 두께는 50∼250Å의 범위내이며, 상기 제1광흡수층 및 제2광흡수층의 두께의 합은 100∼500Å의 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 저반사 코팅유리.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느한항에 있어서, 상기 제1광흡수층 및 제2광흡수층은 산화니켈(NiOx)을 포함하는 광흡수성 산화물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 저반사 코팅유리.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제1광흡수층의 두께는 50∼150Å의 범위내이며, 상기 제1광흡수층 및 제2광흡수층의 두께의 합은 100∼300Å의 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 저반사 코팅유리.
- 제3항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 고굴절박막층은 굴절률 1.5∼2.7인 투명물질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 저반사 코팅유리.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 고굴절박막층의 굴절률은 1.5∼2.5범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 저반사 코팅유리.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 고굴절박막층은 규소(Si), 티타늄(Ti), 주석(Sn), 토륨(Th), 인듐(In), 세륨(Ce), 아연(Zn), 지르코늄(Zr), 니오븀(Nb), 탄탈(Ta), 알루미늄(Al), 아연/주석(Zn/Sn), 인듐/주석(In/Sn)등의 산화물, 및 규소(Si), 알루미늄(Al), 니오븀(Nb)의 질화물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되어진 적어도 하나이상의 물질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 저반사 코팅유리.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 고굴절박막층의 두께는 1,000∼1,500Å의 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 저반사 코팅유리.
- 제2항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 저굴절박막층은 이산화규소(SiO2)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 저반사 코팅유리.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 저굴절박막층의 두께는 700∼1,000Å의 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 저반사 코팅유리.
- 투명기판을 스퍼터링장치의 코팅유리에 넣은 후 코팅챔버를 질소분위기로 유지하는 단계; 타겟들을 연속 스퍼터링하여 상기 투명기판상에 질화물로 된 제2광흡수층, 고굴절박막층, 제1광흡수층을 차례로 적층시키는 단계; 코팅챔버를 아르곤+산소분위기로 유지한 후 스퍼터링하여 상기 제1광흡수층상에 산화물로 된 저굴절박막층을 형성시키는 단계를 구비하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 저반사 코팅유리의 제조방법.
- 투명기판을 스퍼터링장치의 코팅챔버에 넣은 후 코팅챔버를 산소+아르곤분위기로 유지하는 단계; 타겟을 스퍼터링하여 상기 투명기판상에 산화물로 된 제2광흡수층을 형성하는 단계; 코팅챔버를 질소분위기로 유지한 후 스퍼터링하여 상기 제2광흡수층상에 질화물로 된 고굴절박막층을 형성하는 단계; 코팅챔버를 산소+아르곤분위기로 유지한 후 연속 스퍼터링하여 상기 고굴절박막층상에 산화물로 된 제1광흡수층, 제굴절박막층을 차례로 형성시키는 단계를 구비하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 저반사 코팅유리의 제조방법.
