Claims (10)
- 페릴렌-3,4,9,10-테트라카복실산 이무수물과 메틸아민을 반응시키는데 있어서, 페릴렌-3,4,9,10-테트라카복실산 이무수물 1몰당, 이무수물의 중량을 기준으로 한여, 3몰 이상의 메틸아민을 5-배 중량 이상의 물중에서 사용하고, 반응을 40내지 200℃의 온도에서 수행하며, 사용된 페릴렌-3,4,9,10-테트라카복실산 이무수물이 상응하는 N,N'-디-메틸디카보모일페릴렌-디카복실산의 메틸 암모늄염으로 완전히 전환된 후에만 과량의 메틸아민을 증류에 의해 제거하고, 고결정성 형태의 안료를 수득하기 위해, N,N'-디메틸 페릴렌-3,4,9,10-테트라카복실산 디이미드를 형성한 후 또는 형성하는 동안 온도를 140 내지 200℃로 유지시키고, 평균 입자 크기 D50%(질량 분포)가 0.15 내지 0.4㎛이고 안료 입자들의 평균 길이-대 폭비 q50%(질량 분포)가 10:1 내지 3:1인, 수성 현탁액중에서 생성된 고결정성 조 안료를, 평균 입자 크기가 0.1 내지 0.2㎛이고 안료 입자들의 평균 길이-대-폭비가 5:1미만이 될 때까지, 중간 생성물을 분리한 후 또는 중간 생성물을 분리하지 않고 수성 현탁액중에서 연속적으로 연마한 다음, 생성된 예비-안료를, 수성 현탁액중에서 또는 유기 용매를 첨가한 후에는 수성-유기 매질중에서, 안료의 평균 입자 크기가 0.125 내지 0.4㎛이고 안료 입자들의 평균 길이-대-폭비가 4:1 이하로 될 때까지 가열-처리함을 특징으로 하여, N,N'-디메틸페릴렌-3,4,9,10-테트라카복실산 디이미드를 고-은폐성 안료 형태로 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 페릴렌-3,4,9,10-테트라카복실산 이무수물 1몰당 3 내지 8몰의 메틸아민을 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 메틸아민이 페릴렌-3,4,9,10-테트라카복실산 이무수물의 중량을 기준으로 하여, 15-배 이하 중량의 물을 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 메틸아민을 사용하는 전체 반응을 140 내지 200℃에서 수행하고, 과량의 메틸아민을 증류에 의해 제거한 후, 수성 현탁액 중의 조 안료를, 중간 생성물을 분리하지 않고 후속 연마 처리하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 메틸아민을 사용하는 반응을 무수물 그룹의 개환과 함께 상압하에 현탁액의 비등점에서 수행한 다음, 과량의 메틸아민을 증류에 의해 제거하고, 반응 혼합물을 140 내지 200℃의 온도로 가열시킨 다음, 상기 온도에서 조 안료를 결정화시키고 궁극적으로 반응의 제2단계를 완결(디이미드 형성)시킨 다음, 수성 현탁액중의 안료를 중간 생성물을 분리하지 않고 연마처리하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 할로겐화 방향족 및 할로겐화 지방족 탄화수소(예:알킬벤젠 및 알킬나프탈렌)를 포함하는 그룹중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 유기용매를 연마처리한 후 예비-안료에 가한 다음, 예비-안료를 50 내지 200℃의 온도에서 1 내지 15시간 동안 수성-유기 매질중에서 가열-처리하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 1 내지 3개의 C1-C4-알킬쇄를 갖는 알킬벤젠 및 알킬나프탈렌을 포함하는 그룹중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 유기용매를 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 조 안료의 D50%가 0.16 내지 0.36㎛이고 q50%가 7:1 내지 3.5:1이며; 예비-안료의 D50%가 0.1내지 0.18㎛이고, q50%가 3.0:1 내지 4.0:1이며; 후처리된 안료의 D50%가 0.14 내지 0.25㎛이고, q50%가 2.5:1 내지 3.9:1인 방법.
- 고분자량의 천연 또는 합성 유기물질을 착색시키기 위한, 제1항이 방법에 따라 제조된 N,N'-디메틸 페릴렌-3,4,9,10-테트라카복실산 디이미드를 포함하는 안료.
- 제9항에 있어서, 유기물질이 알키드-멜라민 수지 또는 아크릴계-멜라민 수지 베이킹(baking) 후처리제 형태 또는 폴리이소시아네이트-가교결합가능한 아크릴계 수지를 지재로 하는 2-팩(two-pack) 후처리제 형태의 자동차 후처리제인 안료.
