Abstract

본 발명은 자동차 도어 상단부에 취부되어 유리에 밀착되도록 하는 벨트라인몰딩의 취부구조에 관한 것으로서, 풀질육성이 용이하도록 하기 위해, 절곡되어 단턱이 형성되는 도어판넬(10)의 상단부에 벨트라인몰딩(20)이 고정되는 것에 있어서, 상기 도어판넬(10)의 단턱부에 걸림턱(21a)(21b)이 형성되는 클립(21)이 고정되고, 상기 하부가 개구되는 벨트라인몰딩(20)의 내부에 걸고리가 형성되어 상기 클립(21)의 걸림턱에 지지되도록 되어, 도오판넬(10)의 단턱부에 클립(21)을 고정나사(22)에 의해 고정하고, 도어판넬(10)의 상부에 벨트라인몰딩(20)을 삽입시키면, 벨트라인몰딩(20)의 내부의 걸고리(20c)(20d)가 클립(21)의 상부 및 하부 걸림턱(21a)(21b)에 걸려 지지되도록 하는 자동차 도어의 벨트라인볼딩 고정구조이다.

제 1 도는 종래 자동차 도어의 벨트라인몰딩 고정구조를 나타내는 단면도, 제 2 도는 본 발명 벨트라인몰딩의 고정구조를 나타내는 단면도, 제 3 도는 본 발명의 클립을 나타내는 사시도.

Claims (3)

  1. 절곡되어 단턱이 형성되는 도어판넬의 상단부에 벨트라인몰딩이 고정되는 것에 있어서, 상기 도어판넬의 단턱부에 걸립턱이 형성되는 클립이 고정되고, 상기 하부가 개구되는 벨트라인몰딩의 내부에 걸고리가 형성되어 상기 클립의 걸림턱에 지지됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차 도어의 벨트라인몰딩 고정구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 클립은 도어판넬에 고정되는 하단면 일측에 상부로 일정길이 들출되는 상부 걸림턱이 형성되고, 하단면 타측에 외곽부로 일정길이 돌출되는 하부 걸림턱이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차 도어의 벨트라인몰딩 고정구조.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 벨트라인몰딩은 날개가 돌출되게 형성되는 내측면부가 다단으로 절곡 형성되고, 내부 상단부와 하단부에 제1걸고리와 제2걸고리가 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차 도어의 벨트라인몰딩 고정구조.
