Claims (21)
- 비대칭 비구형 각막을 가지는 질환자용 콘택트 렌즈에 있어서; 전면 베이스, 및 비대칭 비구형이며 상기 베이스와 적어도 함께 연장되는 주변부를 포함하는 후면을 포함하여 이루어지고; 상기 주변부는 질환자의 눈에 착용될 때 상기 주변부 하부에 위치하는 각막의 대응 주변부과 비대칭 비구형으로 일치하며; 상기 콘택트렌즈는 상기 각막보다 직경이 크지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘택트 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주변부는 상기 렌즈의 베이스와 함께 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘택트 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주변부는 1.5밀리미터까지의 폭을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘택트 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주변부는 1밀리미터까지의 폭을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘택트 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 후면은 구형인 중심부를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘택트 렌즈.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 전면은 적어도 일부가 비대칭 비구형이며 상기 후면에 대해 소정의 관계를 가지며, 상기 관계가 상기 렌즈에 의해 달성되는 광학적 교정을 고려해 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘택트 렌즈.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 전면은 중심부를 포함하고, 적어도 상기 전면의 중심부가 구형인 것을 특징으로 하는 콘택트 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베이스는 원형이 아닌 것을 특징으로 하는 콘택트 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 렌즈는 베이스 직경이 최대 10밀리미터인 것을 특징으로 하는 콘택트 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 렌즈는 상부 사분면과, 하부 사분면을 포함하고, 상기 하부 사분면의 일부는 상기 상부 사분면의 렌즈 파워와 다른 파워를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘택트 렌즈.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 렌즈의 하부 사분면의 상기 일부가 복수의 다른 파워를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘택트 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 렌즈의 후면은 중심부와, 상기 중심부와 상기 주변부 사이에 있는 인접존으로 이루어지며; 상기 인접존은 비대칭 비구형이며 소정이 비례적 발산 관계에 따라 상기 각막의 대응 인접존과 비대칭 비구형으로 부합하며 이로 인해 상기 주변부에서 상기 중심부까지의 상기 인접존의 폭을 따라서 상기 렌즈와 상기 각막사이에 점점 증가하는 공간이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘택트 렌즈.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 주변부는 1밀리미터까지의 폭을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘택트 렌즈.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 중심부는 구형인 것을 특징으로 하는 콘택트 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 렌즈는 두께가 가변적인 것을 특징으로 하는 콘택트 렌즈.
- 비대칭 비구형 각막용 콘택트 렌즈에 있어서; 상기 렌즈는 전면, 베이스, 및 비대칭 비구형이며 적어도 상기 렌즈와 베이스와 함께 연장되는 주변부를 포함하는 후면을 포함하여 이루어지며; 상기 주변부는 각막의 대응부와 비대칭 비구형으로 일치하며; 상기 콘택트 렌즈는 상기 각막의 직경보다 크지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 콘택트 렌즈.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 후면은 베이스 직경이 단지 7밀리미터가 되는 중심부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘택트 렌즈.
- 베이스, 제1 및 제2자오선과, 기하학적 중심과, 전면과 후면을 포함하며, 상기 전면과 후면은 각각 중심부와 주변부를 가지며, 상기 후면 주변부는 상기 베이스와 적어도 함께 연장가능한 콘텍트 렌즈에 있어서; 구형으로 각각의 상기 전면 및 후면에 위치하며 전면에 일 정상부를 갖는 중심부와; 상기 콘택트 렌즈의 상기 기하학적 중심으로부터 소정의 방사상 거리에 있는 제1자오선을 따라 위치하는 상기 후면의상기 주변부상의 제1점과; 상기 렌즈의 기하학적 중심으로부터 소정의 동일 방사상 거리에 있는 제2자오선을 따라 위치하는 상기 후면의 상기 주변부상의 제2점을 포함하여 이루어지며; 상기 제1 및 제2점은 상기 정상부의 상기 렌즈 접평면으로부터 거리가 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 콘택트 렌즈.
- 중심부와 주변부로 이루어진 후면을 갖는 콘텍트렌즈의 제조방법에 있어서; 상기 콘택트 렌즈가 착용되는 각막현상이 다수의 점들에서 높이 데이터를 포함해서 상기 각막면의 비대칭성 및 비구형성에 대한 정보를 제공하는 삼차원적 형상에 관한 데이터를 만드는 스텝과; 상기 데이터와 상기 렌즈에 의해 달성되는 광학적 교정에 근거해서 렌즈 쉐이핑 파일을 만드는 스텝과; 상기 렌즈 쉐이핑 파열을 사용하여 비대칭 비구형이며 상기 렌즈의 베이스와 적어도 함께 연장되는 주변부를 갖는 후면을 포함하는 콘택트 렌즈를 생산하기 위한 렌즈 블랭크를 형성하는 스텝을 포함하여 이루어지며; 상기 주변부는 질환자의 눈에 착용되었을때 렌즈의 대응 주변부 하부에 위치하는 각막상이 대응 주변부와 비대칭 비구형으로 일치하며; 상기 콘택트렌즈는 상기 각막보다 크기가 크지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘택트 렌즈의 제조방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 주변부는 상기 주변부의 베이스로부터 상기 중심부의 베이스 커브까지 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘택트 렌즈의 제조방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 렌즈는 상기 주변부와 상기 중심부의 베이스 커브사이에 위치하는 인접존을 포함하며; 상기 인접존은 렌즈가 상기 각막상에 착용될때 사이 인접존에 위치하는 인접 각막면부의 삼차원적 형태와 소정의 비례적 발산관계에 따라 부합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘택트 렌즈의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
