Claims (6)
- 세로축선을 갖는 가늘고 길게 연장된 케이싱이 설치되고, 또한 매체가 유동하는 측정 통로를 구비하고, 상기 측정 통로를 유동하는 매체내에는 온도에 따라 변화하는 최소한 1개의 측정 저항체를 갖는 온도에 따라 변화하는 센서 엘리멘트가 설치되어 있고, 또한 유동 매체 온도를 보상하기 위해 온도에 따라 변화하는 매체 온도 저항체가 설치되어 있는 형식의 유동 매체 질량을 측정하기 위해, 특히 내연기관의 흡기 질량을 측정하기 위한 질량 측정 장치에 있어서, 매체 온도 저항체(86)가 측정 통로(20)의 외부에서 세로 축선(10)에 대해 거의 평행하게 연장되어 있는 케이싱(15)의 외부면(84)을 따라, 또한 상기 외부면(84)에 대해 간격을 두고 설치되어 있고, 또한 상기 케이싱(15)이 세로축선(10)의 수직 방향에서 보아서 매체 온도 저항체(86)에 대면한, 상기 매체 온도 저항체(86)의 영역은 외부면(84)까지 연장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유동 매체의 질량 측정 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 케이싱(15)에는 다수의 전기적인 홀더(88)가 설치되어 있고, 또한 상기 전기적인 홀더(88)에는 매체 온도 저항체(86)의 다수개의 전기적인 접속 와이어(92,93)가 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유동 매체의 질량 측정 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 최소한 1개의 전기적인 접속 와이어(93)는 U자형이고, 또한 전기적인 홀더(88)는 유동 매체의 유동 방향을 전후로 하여 위치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유동 매체의 질량 측정 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 케이싱(15)은 돌기부(89)를 구비하며, 최소한 1개의 전기적인 접속 와이어(93)는 전기적인 홀더(88)와 상반된 쪽의 돌기부(89)의 측부를 돌아 연장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유동 매체의 질량 측정 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 매체 온도 저항체(86)는 센서 엘리멘트(25)의 전자 에어 회로(30)와 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유동 매체의 질량 측정 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 매체 온도 저항체(86)는 케이싱(15)에 설치된 전기적인 프라그 코넥터(39)에 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유동 매체의 질량 측정 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
