Claims (13)
- 포스포니트릴산 클로라이드와 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물과의 반응으로 수득한 오가노실록산 또는 폴리오가노 실록산 제조용 촉매.[R3SiO(R2SiO)m]3P=O (Ⅰ)상기식에서 R은 서로 독립적으로 동일하거나 상이한 탄소수 1 내지 6의 불포화 및/또는 포화 1가 탄화수소 라디칼 또는 수소이며, 단 하나의 수소원자만이 각각의 규소원자에 결합되어 있으며, m은 0 내지 1000의 값이다.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 반응 도중에 생성된 휘발성 염소 함유 규소 화합물이 완전히 또는 부분적으로 제거됨을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 촉매의 염소 함량이 반응 도중에 생성된 휘발성 염소 함유 규소 화합물을 제거함으로써 조정됨을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 염소 함량이 사용된 포스포니트릴산 클로라이드의 염소량을 기준으로 하여 1 내지 95중량%로 감소됨을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 염소 함량이 사용된 포스포니트릴산 클로라이드의 염소량을 기준으로 하여 10 내지 60중량%로 감소됨을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 사용한 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물에서의 트리알킬실록산 단위 대 디알킬실록산 단위의 비가, 트리알킬실록산 말단 그룹을 지니며 점도가 500 내지 10,000mPas인 폴리디오가노실록산에서의 비에 상응함을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 트리오가노할로실란의 당량과 오르토인산의 당량을, 트리오가노할로실란의 당량과 결합된 오르토인산에 존재하는 물과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.[R3SiO(R2SiO)m]3P=O (Ⅰ)상기식에서 R은 제 1항에서 정의한 바와 같고, m은 0이다.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 사용한 트리오가노할로실란이 트리메틸클로로실란임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 사용한 트리오가노할로실란이 디메틸비닐클로로실란임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- m이 0인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 트리스(트리오가노실록시 폴리오가노실록사닐)포스페이트와 하나 이상의 일반식(Ⅱ)의 오가노사이클로실록산 화합물을 1:1 내지 500:1의 몰 비로 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.[R3SiO(R2SiO)m]3P=O (Ⅰ)(R2SiO)q(Ⅰ)상기식에서 R은 제 1항에서 정의한 바와 같고, m은 3내지 1000이며, q는 3 내지 12의 값이다.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 사용되기 전에, 축합가능한 작용성 그룹을 전혀 함유하지 않는 옥가노실록산 또는 폴리오가노실록산을 사용하여 사용농도로 조절됨을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 오가노실록산 또는 폴리오가노실록산을 제조하기 위한, 제 1항에 따르는 촉매의 용도에 있어서, 오가노실록산 또는 폴리오가노실록산이 하나 이상의 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물(여기서, 분자당 하나 이상의 산소가 규소에 결합되어 있다)을 축합 및/또는 평형화함으로써 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 용도.R1 a(R2O)bSiO(4-a-b)/2(Ⅲ)상기식에서 R1은 동일하거나 상이하며, 포화되고/되거나 불포화되고, 치환되고/되거나 치환되지 않은 탄소수 1 내지 30의 1가 탄화수소 라디칼 또는 수소원자이며, 단 하나의 수소원자만이 각각의 규소원자에 결합되어 있으며, R2는 수소 또는 R1이고, (a+b)는 1보다 큰 점수 또는 분수 값이다.
- 제 1항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 각각의 경우에 사용된 규소 화합물의 중량을 기준으로 하여 1중량 ppM 내지 1중량%의 양으로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 촉매.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
