Abstract

기술된 발명은 중합체를 포함하는 구조화제를 비이온성 계면활성제에 용해시켜 유입가능한 예비혼합물을 생성시키고 예비혼합물의 점도가, 처리 온도 및 25s-1의 전단속도에서 측정할 경우,350mPas 이상인 주어진 처리온도에서 예비혼합물을 유효량의 분말로 미세 분산시켜 벌크 밀크가 650g/ℓ이상인 과립상 세탁 세제 성분 또는 조성물을 제조하는 방법이다. 바람직한 구조화제는 하나 이상의 작용성 하이드록실 그룹을 갖는 중합체,특히 폴리비닐알큘, 폴리하이드록시아크릴산 중합체, 및 폴리비닐 피롤리돈 및 PVNO와 같은 중합체 뿐만 아니라, 망, 인공 감미제 및 이의 유도체를 포함한다. 다음에 예비혼합물을 과립상세제로 적합한 방법으로 가공한다. 예비혼합물을 과립상 기제 생성물에 미세 분산 혼합, 응집 또는 분무하는 것이 바람직하다.

Claims (15)

  1. a)중합체를 모합하는 구조화제(structuring agent)를 비이온성 계면활성제에 용해시켜 유입 가능한 예비혼합물을 생성시키는 단계 및 b)예비혼합물의 미세 분산을 예비혼합무의 점도가, 처리 온도 및 25s-1의 전단속도에서 측정할 켱우,350mPas 이상인 처리 온도에서 수행함을 특징으로 하여 예비혼합물을 유효량이 분말로 미세 분산시키는 단계를 포함하여 벌크 밀크가 650g/ℓ 이상인 과립상 세탁 세제 성분 또는 조성물을 제조하는방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 구조화제가 하이드록시 작용성 그룹을 하나 이상 갖는 성분을 하나 이상 포함하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 구조화제가 폴리비닐 피롤리돈, PVNO, 폴리비닐 알콜, 폴리하이드록시아크릴산 중합체 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 성분을 하나 이상 포함하는 방법.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 구조화제가 덱스트로스, 락토스, 스크로스, 사카린 및 폴리하이드록시 지방산 아미드를 포함하는 유도체로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 성분을 하나이상 포함하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 구조화제가 프탈이미드, 파라-톨루엔 설폰아미드, 말레이미드 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 성분을 하나 이상 포함하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 구조화제가 분자량이 2,000 이상인 중합체임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 과립상 세탁 세제 성분 또는 조성물이 비이온성 계면활성제를 10중량% 이상 포함하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 b)의 분말이 제올라이트, 실리카, 탄산염, 규산염, 황산염, 인산염, 시트르산염, 시트르산 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
  9. a)중합체를 포함하는 구조화제를 비이온성 계면활성제에 용해시켜 예비혼합물을 생성시키는 단계 및 b)예비혼합물을 예비혼합물의 점도가, 처리 온도 및 25s-1의 전단 속도에서 측정할 경우,350mPas 이상인 처리온도에서 분무함을 특징으로 하여 예비혼합물을 저전단 혼합기 또는 회전 드럼에서 분말 위에 분무하여 예비혼합물을 유효량의 분말과 혼합하는 단계를 포함하여 과립상 세탁 세제 성분 또는 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 단계 b)의 분말이 분무 건조, 응집 또는 이의 병용에 의해 제조된 입자를 포함하는 과립상 세제인 방법.
  11. a)구조화제를 비이온성 계면활성제에 용해시켜 유입가능한 예비혼합물을 생성시키는 단계 및 b)예비혼합물의 미세 분산을 예비혼합률의 점도가, 처리 온도 및 25s-1의 전단 속도에서 측정할 경우,350mPas 이상인 처리 온도에서 수행하고 분말의 일부 이상은 수화가능한 형태임을 특징으로 하여 예비혼합물을 유효량의 분말로 미세분산시키는 단계 및 c)물을 단계 b)의 생성물 위에 분무하는 단계를 포함하여 벌크 밀도가650g/ℓ 이상인 과립상 세탁 세제 성분 또는 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
  12. i)비이온성 계면활성제 10 내지 50중량%, ii)당 및 인공 감미제, 폴리비닐 알콜, 폴리하이드록시 아크릴산 중합체 및 이의 유도체;및 폴리비닐 피롤리돈, PVNO, 프탈이미드, 파라-톨루엔 설폰아미드, 말레이미드 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 구조화제 5 내지 30중량%를 포함하며 벌크 밀도가 650g/ℓ이상인 세제 성분 또는 조성물.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 비이온성 계면활성제 대 구조화재의 비가 20:1 내지 1:1인 세제 성분 또는 조성물.
  14. 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 비이온성 계면활성제가 탄소수 8 내지 20의 쇄 길이를 갖고 알콜 분자당에 톡시 그룹을 평균 1 내지 25개, 바람직하게는 2 내지 10개 갖는 에톡시화 알콜을 포함하는 세제 성분 또는 조성물.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 비이온성 계면활성제가 40℃ 미만의 온도에서 액체인 세제 성분 또는 조성물.
