Claims (24)
- a) 스티렌 및/또는 α-메틸 스티렌 및/또는 p-메틸 스티렌 및 b) 3 내지 20 중량%(공중합체를 기준으로)의 메타크릴산 및/또는 아크릴산 및/또는 이타콘산, c) 경우에 따라서는 다른 가교 공단량체를 함유하는 스티렌 공중합체, 충전제 및 가소제 기재 플라스티졸 조성물에 있어서, 겔 투과 크로마토그래피로 측정한 바로, 공중합체 분자량 분포이 최대가 100만 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스티졸 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공중합체의 스티렌 성분 a)가 부타디엔, 이소프렌, 피페릴렌 및/또는 다른 고무 형성공단량체를 45중량%이하(스티렌을 기준으로)함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스티졸 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 공단량체 성분 b)의 일부가 메틸(메트)메타크릴레이트 또는 (메트)아크릴아미드로 대치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스티졸 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스티렌 공중합체내에 있는 공단량체 성분 b)의 함량 백분율이 5 내지 10 중량%(공중합체를 기준으로)인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스티졸 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공중합체가 0.3 내지 1.5㎛의 평균 일차 입자 크기 및 1OO㎛ 미만의 평균 이차 입자 크기를 갖는 분말의 형태로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스티졸 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공중합체가 대부분의 극성 기가 바깥쪽으로 있는 코어/셀구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스티졸 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공중합체가 가교 공단량체를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스티졸 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 가교 공단량체의 함량 백분율이 공중합체를 기준으로 0.5 내지 10 중량% 및 바람직하게는 1 내지 5 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스티졸 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공중합체의 제조를 위하여 과산화 수소 및 이소아스코르브산의 개시제 계가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스티졸 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 겔화온도에서 공중합체와의 가교 반응에 들어가는 화합물을 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스티졸 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 장쇄 에폭시 화합물, 에폭시화 폴리부타디엔 또는 디히드록시관능성 또는 폴리히드록관능성 폴리에킬렌 및/또는 폴리프로피렌 글리콜 또는 그의 공중합체 또는 히드록시 관능성 폴리부타디엔을 카르복실기와 가교하는 화합물로써 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스티졸 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 플라스티졸의 겔화 온도에서 가교 공단량체와의 가교 반응에 들어가는 하나 이상의 화합물을 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스티졸 조성물.
- 제7항, 8항, 11항 또는 12항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가교 반응을 위한 촉매를 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스티졸 조성물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 임의로 치환된 이미다졸, 3급 아민, 테트라메틸렌디아민, 요소 유도체, 알킬 벤젠술폰산 또는 티타네이트 또는 유기 주석 화합물을 촉매로서 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스티졸 조성물.
- 제7항 또는 8항에 있어서, 공중합체는 가교 공단량체로서 올레핀계 불포화 이중 결합이외에 에폭시기, 이소시아네이트기, 블록 이소시아네이트기 또는 히드록시기를 추가의 관능성 기로서 함유하는 관능성 단량체를 함유하며, 플라스티졸은 디아민 또는 폴리아민, 디아미노아미드 또는 폴리아미노아미드, 디카르복실산 또는 폴리카르복실산, 디메르캅토 또는 폴리메르캅토 화합물 또는 디이소시아네이트 또는 폴리이소시아네이트를, 경우에 따라서는 블록 또는 미봉입(microencapsulated) 형태로, 추가 관능기와 가교하는 화합물로서 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스티졸 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제15항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공중합체에 대하여 소량으로 겔화 온도에서 반응하여 폴리우레탄을 형성하는 이소시아네이트 초기중합체 및 (시클로)지방족 디아민의 형태로 있는 폴리우레탄 형성제[former)를 가소제에 용해된상태로 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스티졸 조성물.
- 제15항에 있어서, 블록 이소시아네이트기와 함께 이소시아네이트를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스티졸 조성믈.
- 제15항 내지 17항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전체 제형의 30 중량% 이하의 양으로 이소시아네이트 초기중합체 및 저분자량 아민(분자량 약 500 이하)의 경우에 전체 제형의 5중량% 이하의 양으로 및 비교적 고분자량 디아민의 경우에 전체 제형의 300중랑% 이하의 양으로 (시클로)지방족 디아민을 함유하는 것을 특징으로하는 플라스티졸 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공중합체 100부에 대하여 플라스티졸내에 전형적으로 700부의 불화성 충전제 및/또는 다른 첨가제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스티졸 조성물.
- 언더 실링(undersealing) 화합물로써, 후드 라이닝(hood lining) 물질용 접 착제로써, 하인 방(sill) 보호 화합물로써, 금속 접착제로써 또는 스폿(spot)용접 페이스트로써 자동차 산업에 사용되는 제1항 내지 19항 중의 어느 한 항에 기재된 플라스티졸 조성물의 용도.
- 용기 덮개를 위한 실링 화합물로써 또는 주석 캔을 위한 심(seam) 실링 화합물로써 또는 플랜지 심 접착제로써 포장 산업에 사용되는 제1항 내지 19항 중의 어느 한 항에 기재된 플라스티졸 조성물의 용도.
- 직물, 벽지 또는 마루 덮개의 코팅을 위하여 사용되는 제1항 내지 19항 중의 어느 한 항에 기재된 플라스티졸 조성물의 용도.
- 유리의 보호 덮개, 더 구체적으로 자동차 제조에 사용되는 제1항 내지 19항 중의 어느 한 항에 기재된 플라스티졸 조성물.
