Abstract

본 발명은 (A) 내부에 소량의 말레산 무수물 변형된 폴리프로필렌이 배합되어 있고/있거나 한쪽 면상에 (B)말레산 무수물 변형된 폴리프로필렌의 표피층을 가지고 있는, 연신시 불투명하게 되도록 충분한 크기와 양의 미소구가 내부에 분산되어 있는 폴리프로필렌의 코어층; (C) 말레산 무수물 변형된 폴리프로필렌을 포함하는 층상의 에틸렌 비닐 알코올(EVOH) 공중합체의 층; 및 (D) 코어층의 다른쪽 면상의 열 봉합가능한 또는 인쇄가능한 표피층을 포함하며, 역 방향으로 크게 연신되는 폴리프로필렌을 포함하는 양축 연신된 다층 필름 구조체에 관한 것이다.

Claims (11)

  1. (A) 내부에 소량의 말레산 무수물 변형된 폴리프로필렌이 배합되어 있고/있거나 한쪽 면상에 (B) 말레산 무수물 변형된 폴리프로필렌의 표피층(skin layer)을 가지고 있는, 연신시 불투명하게 되도록 충분한 크기와 양의 미소구가 내부에 분산되어 있는 폴리프로필렌의 코어층; (C) 말레산 무수물 변형된 폴리프로필렌을 포함하는 층상의 에틸렌 비닐 알코올(EVOH) 공중합체의 층; 및 (D) 코어층의 다른쪽 면상의 열 봉합가능한 또는 인쇄가능한 표피층을 포함하며, 역 방향으로 크게 연신되는 폴리프로필렌을 포함하는 양축 연신된 다층 필름구조체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기계 방향 연신이 3 내지 7배이고 역 방향 연신이 7 내지 12배인 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 구조체.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 EVOH 공중합체충이 33 dynes/㎝ 이상의 표면 자유 에너지로 처리한 것임을 특징으로 하는 구조체.
  4. 제1항 내지 쟤3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 EVOH 공중합체층이 콜로나 방전 또는 화염 처리에 의해 처리한 것임을 특징으로 하는 구조체.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 EVOH 공중합체층이 그 표면상에 금속층을 보유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조체.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 금속층이 알루미늄을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조체.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 필름이 상기 금속층으로 적층된 것을 특징으로 하는 구조체.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 필름이 연신 또는 비연신된, 투명하거나 불투명한 폴리올레핀을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조체.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 적층이 저 밀도 폴리에틸렌 접착제에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조체.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 열 봉합성 표피층이 올레핀 동종중합체, 공중합체 또는 삼종중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조체.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 삼종중합체가 에틸렌/프로필렌/부텐-1 삼종중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조체.
