Claims (36)
- 종이를 위한 소수성 충진제물질, 구성 : a. 무기물질의 미세하게 분할된 입자; b. 적어도 입자의 다수의 표면 모두를 실질적으로 코팅하기에 충분한 양에서 수용성 C12-C22지방산염;c. 지방산염의 모든 복합체에 적어도 효과적인 양에서 금속이온.
- 제1항에 있어서, 무기물질이 점토, TiO2또는 탄산칼슘인 종이를 위한 소수성 충진제물질.
- 제2항에 있어서, 무기물질이 침전된 탄산칼슘인 종이를 위한 소수성 충진제 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지방산염이 C16-C19지방산으로부터 수득된 충진제물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지방산의 양이온이 알카리 금속인 충진제물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지방산염이 소디움 스테아레이트인 충진제물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속이온이 알루미늄, 바륨, 리듐, 마그네슘 또는 아연인 충진제물질.
- 제7항에 있어서, 금속이온이 알루미늄인 충진제 물질.
- 알카리 종이, 구성 : 다음과 같으 구성되는 소수성 충진제 물질 (a) 무기물질의 미세하게 분활된 입자; 그리고 (b) 적어도 입자의 다수의 표면 모두를 실질적으로 코팅하기에 충분한 양에서 수용성 C12-C22지방산염.
- 제9항에 있어서, 무기물질은 점토, TiO2또는 탄산칼슘인 알카리 종이.
- 제10항에 있어서, 무기물질이 침전된 탄산칼슘인 알카리 종이.
- 제9항에 있어서, 지방산염이 C16-C19지방산으로부터 수득된 알카리 종이.
- 제12항에 있어서, 지방산염이 소디움 스테아레이트인 알카리 종이.
- 제9항에 있어서, 더우기 알카리 종이가 지방산염의 모든 복합체에 적어도 효과적인 양에서 금속이온을 구성하는 알카리 종이.
- 제14항에 있어서, 금속이온이 알루미늄, 바륨, 리듐, 마그네슘 또는 아연인 알카리 종이.
- 제15항에 있어서, 금속이온이 알루미늄인 알카리 종이.
- 제9항에 있어서, 충진제물질이 종이의 중량 약 5-40%의 양에서 내재하는 알카리 종이.
- 알카리 종이의 사이징 향상을 위한 방법, 구성 : a. 다음의 단계 구성의 공정에 의한 소수성 충진제 물질 제조 : (1) 무기물질의 미세하게 분활된 입자선택; 그리고 (2) 그 위에 코팅된 수용성 지방산을 형성하기 위해 충분한 시간동안 C12-C22지방산염과 입자가 반응함으로써 무기물질의 입자의 다수의 표면 모두를 실질적으로 코팅; 그리고 b, 알카리 종이 제조를 위한 공정동안 셀룰로우스 섬유에 충진제물질 첨가.
- 제18항에 있어서, 더우기 충진제물질 제조의 단계는 입자표면의 변경 이전에 점토, TiO2또는 탄산칼슘 물질의 무기물질의 미세하게 분할된 입자의 슬러리 제조의 단계로 구성되는 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 무기물질은 침전된 탄산칼슘인 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 슬러리가 수용상에서 고체중량 약 5-75%로 구성하는 방법.
- 제21항에 있어서, 슬러리가 수용상에서 고체중량 약 10-30%로 구성하는 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 슬러리가 pH 약 7-12를 가지는 방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 슬러리가 pH 약 7-10을 가지는 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 더우기 충진제물질 제조의 단계가 입자와의 반응을 위해 C12-C22지방산염의 유화제 제조의 단계를 구성하는 방법.
- 제25항에 있어서, 유화제는 슬러리에서 무기물질의 건조무게에 기초한 중량 약 0.1-5%의 지방산염의 건조무게를 가지는 방법.
- 제26항에 있어서, 지방산염의 건조무게가 슬러리에 무기물질에 기초한 중량 약 0.5-1.5%인 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 지방산염은 분말형인 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 지방산염은 소디움 스테아레이트인 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 슬러리의 온도는 약 20-80℃인 방법.
- 제25항에 있어서, 슬러리의 온도는 약 65-80℃인 방법.
- 제28항에 있어서, 슬러리의 온도는 적어도 약 55℃인 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 더우기 지방산염의 모두 복합체에 적어도 효과적인 양에서 금속이온을 코팅된 무기물질에의 첨가로 구성된 방법.
