Abstract

본 발명은 압력에 따라 공비물의 조성이 약 10몰% 만큼 변화하는 2원 등비물 중 어느 성분을 정제하는 방법으로써 (a) 2원 공비물을 증류단계를 거치게 하여 2가지 성분중 어느 한가지의 대부분을 증류물로써 제거하고(증류물1) 나머지 성분을 주성분으로 한 바닥물(바닥물1)을 얻는 단계; (b) 상기 증류물 1을 다른 압력에서 최소 한번의 부가적 증류단계를 거치게 함으로써 바닥물 1로써 회수된 성분의 대부분을 증류물 2로써 제거하고, 바닥에는 증류물1의 주성분을 이루는 성분을 주성분으로 하는 바닥물2를 얻는 단계; (c) 필요한 횟수만큼 상기 단계(b)를 반복 수행하는 단계; (d) 요구되는 정제된 성분을 회수하는 단계; 를 포함한다.
본 발명은 특히 펜타플루오로에탄/클로로펜타플루오로에칸 공비물에서 펜타플루오로에탄을 정제시키는데 유익하다.

2원 공비물 성분의 정제방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 방법을 실시하기 위한 공정 개략도이다.

Claims (12)

  1. 압력으로 공비물의 조성이 약 10몰% 변화되는 2원 등비물의 어느 성분을 정제하는 방법에 있어서, (a) 2원 공비물을 증류단계에서 거치게 하여 그 2가지 성분 중 어느 하나의 대부분을 증류물로써 제거하고(증류물1) 다른 성분을 주성분으로 하는 바닥물(바닥물1)을 얻는 단계 (b) 상기 증류물 1을 다른 압력으로 수행하는 최소 한번의 부가적 증류단계를 거치게 함으로써 바닥물 1로써 회수된 성분의 대부분을 증류물 2로서 제거하고 상기 증류물1의 주성분을 이루는 성분을 주성분으로 하는 바닥물(바닥물2)을 얻는 단계; (c) 임의로 필요한 횟수만큼 상기 (b) 단계를 반복 수행하는 단계; 및 (d) 요구되는 정제된 성분을 회수하는 단계; 를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. (a) 펜탄플루오로에탄과 최소 약 5몰% 클로로펜타플루오로에탄을 포함하는 혼합물을 증류단계에 거치게 하여 펜타플루오로에탄이나 클로로펜타-플루오로에탄중 한가지의 대부분을 증류물로써 제거하고(증류물1)나머지 성분을 주성분으로 하는 바닥물(바닥물1)을 얻는 단계; (b) 상기 증류물 1을 다른 압력에서 수행되는 최소 한번의 부가적 증류단계를 거치게 함으로써 바닥 물1로써 회수된 성분의 대부분을 증류물 2로써 제거하고 상기 증류물 1의 주성분을 이루는 성분을 주성분으로 하는 바닥물(바닥물2)을 얻는 단계; (c) 임의로 필요한 횟수 만큼 단계(b)를 반복 수행하는 단계; 및 (d) 정제된 펜타플루오로에탄을 회수하는 단계를 포함하는 펜타플루오로에탄 정제방법.
  3. 2항에 있어서, 상기 증류는 단일 증류탑에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 2항에 있어서, 상기 증류는 2개의 별도의 증류탑에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 4항에 있어서, 상기 증류는 배치식 증류도 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 4항에 있어서, 상기 증류는 연속식 증류로 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 4항에 있어서, 상기 단계(c)가 생략됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 7항에 있어서, 상기 제1증류 단계는 최소 50psia의 압력에서 수행되며, 상기 제2증류 단계는 이보다 저압에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 1항에 있어서, 상기 증류는 단일 증류탑에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 1항에 있어서, 상기 증류는 2개의 증류탑에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 1항에 있어서, 상기 단계(C)가 생략됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 11항에 있어서, 상기 증류는 약 400psia 미만 및 5psia 이상의 온도에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
