제1도 및 제2도는 HFA 134a와 HF로 이루어진 HF가 많은 혼합물을 설치한데 이용되는 장치를 도식적으로 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. HFA 134a와 HF 및/또는 1-클로로-2,2-디플루오로에틸렌으로 이루어진 혼합물을 증류탑에 통과시켜 순수 HFA 134a로 이루어진 잔사로부터 HFA 134a와 HF 및 /또는 CFC 1122의 공비물 또는 공비물에 가까운 혼합물을 분리해내고 증류탑으로부터 상기 잔사를 모으는 것으로 이루어지는, HFA 134a와 HF 및/또는 CFC 1122로 이루어진 HFA 134a가 많은 혼합물로 부터 1,1,1,2-테트라플루오로에탄(HFA 134a)을 분리하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, HFA 134a가 많은 혼합물이 HF가 많은 초기 혼합물을 증류함에 의해 만들어지는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 초기 혼합물을 제1증류탑에 통과시켜 HF로 이루어진 제1잔사로부터 HF와 HFA 134a의 제1공비물 또는 공비물에 가까운 혼합물을 분리하고, 이 공비물 또는 공비물에 가까운 혼합물을 제1증류탑보다 낮은 압력 및 온도로 유지되는 제2증류탑에 공급하여 HFA 134a로 이루어진 제2잔사로부터 HF와 HFA 134a의 제2공비물 또는 공비물에 가까운 혼합물을 분리하는 것으로 구성되는 방법.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, (1)초기 혼합물을 제1증류탑에 통과시켜 HFA 134a가 다량 들어있고 HF가 소량 들어있는 비교적 저비등점의 공비물 또는 공비물에 가까운 혼합물로부터 HF를 분리하고, (2)컬럼 아랫부분에서 HF를 회수하고, (3)제1증류탑에서 공비물 또는 공비물에 가까운 혼합물을 빼내 이것을 1컬럼보다 낮은 압력 및 온도로 유지되는 제2증류탑에 공급하여 HFA 134a가 다량 들어있고 HF가 소량 들어있는 공비물 또는 공비물에 가까운 혼합물로 이루어진 비교적 저비등점의 혼합물로 부터 HFA 134a를 분리하고, (4)제2증류탑의 윗쪽에서 저비등점의 혼합물을 빼내 이것을 다시 제1증류탑에 공급하고, (5)제2증류탑의 아랫부분에서 순수 HFA 134a를 회수하는 것으로 구성되는, 초기 혼합물이 HF를 다량 함유하고 HFA 134a를 소량 함유하는 방법.
  5. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 초기 혼합물을 제1증류탑에 통과시켜 HF로 이루어진 제1잔사로부터 HF와 HFA 134a의 제1공비물 또는 공비물에 가까운 혼합물을 분리하고 공비물 또는 공비물에 가까운 혼합물을 액체-액체 분리구역에 공급하여 HF가 많은 상층과 HFA 134a가 많은 하층을 분리하고 이 하층을 제2증류탑에 통과시켜 HFA 134a로 이루어진 제2잔사로부터 HF와 HFA 134a의 제2공비물 또는 공비물에 가까운 혼합물을 분리하는 것으로 구성되는 방법.
  6. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, (1)HF가 많은 초기 혼합물을 제1증류탑에 통과시켜 HFA 134a가 다량 들어있고 HF가 소량 들어있는 비교적 저비등점의 공비물 또는 공비물에 가까운 혼합물로부터 HF를 분리하고, (2)컬럼 아랫부분에서 HF를 회수하고, (3)컬럼의 윗부분에서 공비물 또는 공비물에 가까운 혼합물을 빼내 이것을 분리 구역에 공급하여 HF가 많은 상층과 HFA 134a가 많은 하층을 분리하고, (4)분리 구역으로부터 HFA 134a가 많은 하층을 빼내 이것을 제2증류탑에 공급하여 HFA 134a가 다량 들어있고 HF가 소량 들어있는 비교적 저비등점의 공비물 또는 공비물에 가까운 혼합물로 부터 HFA 134a를 분리하고, (5)제2증류탑의 위쪽에서 비교적 저비등점의 혼합물을 빼내 이것을 다시 분리 구역에 공급하고, (6)제2증류탑의 아랫부분에서 순수 HFA 134a를 회수하는 단계로 구성되는 방법.
  7. HF가 많은 상층을 분리구역에서 빼내(단계 3) 제1증류탑에 공급하는 방법.
  8. 제5항, 6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 제2증류탑이 제1증류탑 보다 낮은 온도 및 압력에서 조작되는 방법.
  9. 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 증류탑 또는 제1증류탑이 0.5-36바의 절대압력에서 조작되는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 두개의 증류탑을 이용하고 제2증류탑이 0.4-8바의 절대압력에서 조작되는 방법.
