Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- 각각 디지탈 통신 기능을 구비한 이동 장치 및 기지국을 사용하며, 제1터미날 장치가 제2터미날 장치를 위하여 의도된 디지탈 데이타를 생성하는 상기 제1터미날 장치 및 제2터미날 장치 사이의 통신 방법에 있어서, 상기 제1터미날 장치로 부터의 상기 디지탈 데이타를 상기 이동 장치에서 수신하는 단계; 상기 제1티미날 장치로 부터의 상기 디지탈 데이타를 상기 이동 장치에서 패킷화 하는 단계; 상기 패킷화된 디지탈 데이타를 상기 이동 장치에서 변조하는 단계; 무선 링크상에 상기 변조되어 패킷화된 디지탈 데이타를 상기 이동 장치로부터 전송하는 단계; 상기 전송되고 변조되어 패킷화된 디지탈 데이타를 상기 기지국에서 수신하는 단계; 상기 패킷화된 디지탈 데이타의 복사본을 형성하기 위하여 상기 수신되고 변조되어 패킷화된 디지탈 데이타를 상기 기지국에서 복조하는 단계; 상기 패킷화된 디지탈 데이타의 상기 복수본을 다수의 아날로그 톤으로 상기 기지국에서 전환하는 단계; 전화 네트워크상의 아날로그 톤의 상기 스트림을 전송하는 단계; 아날로그 톤의 상기 스트림을 원격 모뎀에서 수신하는 단계; 상기 디지탈 데이타의 복수본에 아날로그 톤의 상기 스트림을 상기 원격모뎀에서 전환하는 단계; 및 상기 제2터미날 장치에 상기 디지탈 데이타의 상기 복사본을 상기 원격모뎀으로부터 제공하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1터미날 장치 및 제2터미날 장치 사이의 통신 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무선 링크상의 변조되고 패킷화된 디지탈 데이타를 전송하는 단계는 상기 수신되고 변조되어 패킷화된 디지탈 데이다에 지연을 도입하고 상기 지연은 전송 시간에 따르는 값을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1터미날 장치 및 제2터미날 장치 사이의 통신 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 디지탈 데이타를 패킷화 하는 상기 단계는 상기 디지탈 데이타내에서 정보를 전달하는 상기 메세지의 상기 고정된 시간을 가지는 메세지를 인식하는 단계; 상기 정보를 포함하는 정보를 전달하지 않는 상기 표시한 메세지의 상기 필요하지 않은 시간을 가지는 표시한 메세지로 상기 메세지를 전환하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1티미날 장치 및 제2티미날 장치 사이의 통신 방법.
- 터미날 장치로 부터 표준 디지탈 데이타의 스트림을 수신하고 정보 신호를 전송하기 위한 이동 장치; 상기 정보 신호를 전달하기 위한 무선 링크; 및 상기 정보 신호를 수신하고 상기 표준 디지탈 데이타의 복사본을 제공하기 위한 디지탈 신호를 포함하고, 상기 정보 신호를 수신하고 상기 표준 디지탈 데이타의 복사본을 제공하기 위한 디지탈 신호는 표준 디지탈 데이타의 상기 스트림을 수신하고 상기 아날로그 톤을 제공하기 위한 모뎀을 포함하는 상기 정보 신호를 수신하고 아날로그 톤을 제공하기 위한 기지국을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 링크를 가지는 전화 모뎀 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 모뎀은 입력 아날로그 신호를 수신하고 표준 디지탈 데이타의 제2스트림을 제공하며, 상기 디지탈 신호 처리기는 표준 디지탈 데이타의 상기 제2스트림을 수신하고 역 정보 신호를 전송하며, 상기 무선링크는 상기 역 정보 신호를 전달하고, 상기 이동 장치는 상기 역 정보 신호를 수신하고 표준 디지탈데이타의 상기 제2스트림의 복사본을 제공하기 위한 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 링크를 가지는 전화 모뎀 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 이동 장치는 표준 디지탈 데이타의 상기 스트림을 수신하고 한 세트의 패킷을 제공하기 위한 프로토콜 스택; 및 상기 데이타 패킷의 세트를 수신하고 상기 정보 신호를 제공하기 위한 무선변조기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 링크를 가지는 전화 모뎀 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 프로토콜 스택은 표준 디지탈 데이타의 상기 스트림에서 시간 감지 메세지를 인식하고, 대응 시간 비감지 메세지로 상기 시간감지 메세지를 인코딩하며 상기 데이타 패킷의 세트내에 상기 대응시간 비감지 메세지를 더 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 링크를 가지는 전화 모뎀 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 디지탈 신호 처리기는 상기 대응 시간 비감지 메세지를 인식하고 상기 시간 감지메세지를 재구성하며 표준 디지탈 데이타의 상기 스트림의 복사본내에 상기 시간 감지를 더 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 링크를 가지는 전화 모뎀 장치.
- 한 세트에 메세지내에 시간 감지 메세지를 인식하는 단계; 시간 비감지인 상기 인코드화된 표시 메세지로 상기 시간 감지 메세지를 인코딩하는 단계; 상기 변화하는 시간 지연 체널은 통하여 상기 인코드화된 표시메세지를 전달하는 단계; 상기 변화하는 시간 지연 채널로 부터 상기 인코드화된 표시 메세지를 인식하는 단계; 및 상기 시간 감지 메세지를 재구성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 번화하는 시간 지연 채널상에 시간 감지 메세지를 제공하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
