Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 (1)それぞれデジタル通信可能な移動通信装置とベース局とを使用して第1の 端末装置と第2の端末装置との間で通信を行い、第2の端末装置に送るべきデジ タルデータを発生する通信方法において、 前記移動通信装置において、前記第1の端末装置から前記デジタルデータを受 信し、 前記移動通信装置において、前記第1の端末装置からの前記デジタルデータを パケット化し、 前記移動通信装置において、前記パケット化したデジタルデータを変調し、 前記移動通信装置から無線リンクによって前記変調されたパケット化されたデ ジタルデータを送信し、 前記ベース局において、前記送信され変調されパケット化されたデジタルデー タを受信し、 前記パケット化された前記デジタルデータのコピーを生成するためにベース局 において、前記受信され変調されパケット化されたデジタルデータを復調し、 前記ベース局において、前記パケット化されたデジタルデータを複数のアナロ グトーンに変換し、 電話回路網によって前記アナログトーンの流れを送信し、 遠隔位置のモデムにおいて、前記アナログトーンの流れを受信し、 前記遠隔位置のモデムにおいて、前記アナログトーンの流れを前記デジタルデ ータのコピーに変換し、 前記遠隔位置のモデムから前記デジタルデータの前記コピーを前記第2の端末 装置に提供するステップからなる通信方法。 (2)前記無線リンク上で前記変調されパケット化されたデジタルデータを送信 する面記ステップが前記受信され変調されパケット化されたデジタルデータに遅 延を導入し、前記遅延は伝送時間に応じた値を有する請求項1記載の方法。 (3)前記デジタルデータをパケット化する前記ステップは、 前記デジタルデータ内で固定したタイミングを有するメッセージを認識し、前 記メッセージの前記固定したタイミングは情報を伝達し、 前記情報を含んだ非本質的なタイミングを有する表示メッセージに前記メッセ ージを変換し、前記表示メッセージの前記非本質的なタイミングは情報を伝達し ないステップをさらに有する請求項2記載の方法。 (4)無線リンクを有する電話モデム装置において、 端末装置から標準的なデジタルデータ流を受信し情報信号を送信する移動通信 装置と、 前記情報信号を伝送する無線リンクと、 前記情報信号を受信してアナログトーンを与えるベース局とを具備し、このベ ース局は、 標準的な前記情報信号を受信し、デジタルデータ流のコピーを提供するデジタ ル信号プロセッサと、前記標準的なデジタルデータを受信してアナログトーンを 与えるモデムとを具備している電話モデム装置。 (5)前記モデムはまた入力アナログ信号を受信し、標準的なデジタルデータの 第2の流れを提供し、前記デジタル信号プロセッサはまた前記標準的なデジタル データの第2の流れを受信し、逆方向の情報信号を送信するためものであり、前 記無線リンクは前記逆方向の信号を伝達するためのものであり、前記移動通信装 置はまた前記逆方向の情報信号を受信し、前記標準的なデジタルデータの第2の 流れのコピーを提供するためのものである請求項4記載の装置。 (6)前記移動通信装置は、 前記標準的なデジタルデータ流を受信して1組のデータパケットを供給するた めのプロトコールスタックと、 前記1組のデータパケットを受信し、前記情報信号を出力するための無線変調 器とを具備している請求項4記載の装置。 (7)前記プロトコールスタックがさらに前記標準的なデジタルデータ流の時間 に感応するメッセージを認識し、前記時間に感応するメッセージを対応する時間 に感応しないメッセージにコード化し前記1組のデータパケット内に前記対応す る時間に感応しないメッセージを与えるためのものである請求項4記載の装置。 (8)前記デジタル信号プロセッサがさらに前記対応する時間に感応しないメッ セージを認識し、前記時間に感応するメッセージを再構成し、前記時間に感応す るメッセージを前記標準的なデジタルデータ流のコピー内に提供する請求項5記 載の装置。 (9)可変時間遅延チャンネル上に時間に感応するメッセー ジを提供する方法において、 1組のメッセージ内の時間に感応するメッセージを認識し、 前記時間に感応するメッセージをコード化された表示メッセージにコード化し 、このコード化された表示メッセージは時間に感応せず、 前記コード化された表示メッセージを前記可変時間遅延チャンネルを経て伝送 し、 前記可変時間遅延チャンネルから出力された前記コード化された表示メッセー ジを認識し、 前記時間に感応するメッセージを再構成するステップを有する方法。
