Abstract

본 발명의 인덱스 가능한 절삭 삽입체는 상부면과 바닥면과 상기 두 표면 사이에서 연장되는 측면을 포함한다. 두개의 인접한 절삭 코너 사이에는 절삭 깊이가 증가하면서 경사각이 증가하는 경사면이 형성되어 있다. 이와 같은 방법으로, 절삭날은 최대 절삭 깊이 방향으로 강화된다. 이러한 형상은 예를 들어 표면 경화 경향이 있는 재료의 기계 가공에서 유리하다.

Claims (9)

  1. 상부면과, 기계가공 공구의 상호 작동 지지면과 접촉하여 위치되도록 된 하부의 바닥면과, 상기 상부면과 하부면 사이에서 연장된 적어도 세개의 측면은 포함하고, 적어도 한 측면은 주 절삭날을 구성하는 선을 따라 상부면에 인접한 칩 형성 기계 가공 공구 특히 멀링 커터용의 절삭 삽입체에 있어서 절삭 삽입체는 작업 절삭 모서리들과 주 절삭날에 인접해서 그를 따라 연장되고 그 경사각이 제1 작업 모서리 근방에서 최대이고, 다음 절삭 모서리 근방에서 최소가 되도록 그 길이를 따라 나선형으로 비틀린 경사면을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 삽입체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 나선형으로 비틀린 상기 경사면은 제1 작업 절삭 모서리 근방에서 15°내지 40°사이의 경사각을 갖고, 다음 절삭 모서리에서 5°내지 25°사이의 경사각을 갖는 것을 것을 특징으로 하는 삽입체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 각 측면은 상부면과 직각을 형성하는 적어도 하나의 평면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 삽입체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 주 절삭날에 인접한 적어도 한 측면의 경사각은 0°내지 12°사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 삽입체.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 각 측면은 상부면과 예각을 형성하는 적어도 하나의 평면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 삽입체.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 나선형으로 비틀린 표면은 20°내지 30°사이의 경사각을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 삽입체.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 나선형으로 비틀린 표면은 다음 절삭 코너에 인접한 경사각이 10°내지 20°사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 삽입체.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 삽입체는 삽입체 성형 재료 분말의 성형 가압 및 소결에 의해 생산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 삽입체.
  9. 상부면과, 기계가공 공구의 상호 협동 지지면과 접촉하여 위치되도록 된 하부의 바닥면과, 상기 상부면과 하부면 사이에서 연장된 적어도 세개의 측면을 구비하고, 적어도 한 측면은 주요 절삭날을 구성하는 선을 따라 상부면에 인접한 적어도 하나의 절삭삽입체를 포함하는 멀링 커터 몸체에 있어서, 절삭 삽입체는 작업 절삭 모서리들과, 주 절삭날 근방에서 그를 따라 연장되고 그 경사각이 제1 작업 절삭 모서리 근방에서 최대이고, 다음 절삭 모서리 근방에서 최소가 되도록 그 길이를 따라 나선형으로 비틀린 경사면을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 밀링 커터 몸체.
