Abstract

본 발명은 멀티스크린 장치에 사용되는 평판소자의 신규한 전극인출방법을 개시한다.
종래에는 이러한 평판소자에 판전극을 사용하였으므로 휘도가 낮고 제작 및 수리가 어려운 등의 문제가 있었다.
본 발명에서는 인쇄전극을 사용하는 동시에 소자의 측면에 도전성 페이스트를 인쇄하여 배면기판 배면의 전극패드로 전극을 인출할 수 있도록 하였다.

Claims (2)

  1. 전면기판과 배면기판에 각각 전극이 대향 배치된 평판표시소자에서 각 전극을 배면기판의 배면으로 인출하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 각 전극이 인쇄전극으로 형성되고, 상기 배면기판의 배면에 상기 각 전극의 전극패드를 형성하여, 상기 소자의 측면에 도전성 페이스트를 인쇄하여 상기 각 전극과 상기 전극패드를 연결하는 접속부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티스크린용 평판소자의 전극인출방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전면기판의 측면에 인쇄전극과 접속되는 연장부를 인쇄한 뒤, 상기 전면기판과 배면기판을 봉합하고, 봉합된 봉합부와 배면기판의 측면상에 상기 연장부의 선단과 상기 전극패드를 연결하는 접속부를 인쇄하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티스크린용 평판소자의 전극인출방법.
